the process moved rapidly from discussing and signing paperwork to going into a room for a first treatment. WOWZER. the session was minutes along. the first treatment was not for the faint-​hearted. I had three zones in the face done and they are the most sensitive areas I’d say on your body. so they moved quickly. I had no reaction to the laser. they were prompt for the appointment and professional and friendly. getting laser hair removal changed my life. I was previously plucking and neurotically checking my face by the hour. I had scars from the tweezers and ingrown hairs. it seriously changed the facial growth after the very first treatment and now that I’m about a year into it — there is no hair growing in those three areas at all. I recommend the west Hartford location to everyone.

I have to say I was extremely nervous the first time I went into Ideal Image. I had read so many horror stories of people being taken advantage of at other laser hair removal centers when it comes to paying for these services and the ones that didn’t had bad reactions to lasers. I finally went in for a consultation and spoke to someone about the whole process and pricing. She was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. She helped me sign up for their Ideal Image card and we set an appointment for me to come back and have my first session. When I came back everyone greeted me just as pleasantly as the first time, I had my treatment which only took about 15 minutes and the girl who performed it was very informative about what to expect. As I was leaving I was given a «goodie bag» full of great products! I have to say, I don’t usually to take the time out to write reviews but I think these girls should get the recognition they deserve!

The staff and technicians here are out if this world fantastic. Always helpful from the moment i walk through the door to the minute I leave. Attentive and receptive to questions. These gals know what they are doing!!!
