I bought over $ 7000 of furniture for my daughters first apt. The sales lady said she would stand by and check on the order and so on… After furniture was delivered and they forgot a piece(the salesperson never wrote it down). When I called she was nasty and said she explained it to me 3 times so I would have to speak with a manager. Debbie the sales lady is terrible!!! So disorganized and will drive you nuts! I would never never buy furniture from this location due to her… management should really train her and once she has your money she does not care at all. I have never experienced anything like this with any large purchase I ‘ve made. Stay away from this location until she is no longer working there…

My husband & I purchased furniture for our entire house from Raymour & Flanigan. The selection & quality is excellent. The platinum protection plans are outstanding. We have filed a few claims under the protection plan & received extremely prompt service without any hassles. The sales people can be kind of pushy & eager to make a sale, but that is to be expected considering they work on commission.

This location seems to be better than other locations I’ve been too. I think the furniture here is expensive for what you get. I walked in because I needed media storage and walked out thinking I should have gone somewhere else. The sales person wasn’t too bad. She was sorta pushy and got a tad peeved when I told her I didn’t like any of the pieces here. I’m a paying customer so I’m not sure why she was offended when I said I didn’t care for any of the pieces here. I guess I should be content that I was helped? Not the best experience but I notice furniture sales people are either miserable or too«good» to help you out because you don’t dress the part of a customer ready to make a purchase.
