Dunkin’ Donuts

My favorite Dunkin location in the area. Although no drive thru, they are friendly, fast, and efficient.

This DD is better than the one at Valero Gas station at the bottom of the hill. Very clean and fast and friendly staff. Better than most around.

This is my favorite DD location. I come here every morning before work and everyone knows me by name. They know my regular order, too! You can’t expect much from Dunkin Donuts, but I can always rely on my order being fresh and prompt. And they always get it right the first time! Most people might not appreciate that they don’t have a drive through but that doesn’t affect me, at all. Like I said, Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts but my coffee is always hot and just the way I ordered it!

I have to review because I used to spend every night in (and outside) this establishment years ago.
I don’t know the workers anymore but I still get good service when I stop in.
theres always tables filled with people playing cards or catching up. That’s nothing new :)

A very average, run-​of-​the-​mill Dunkin Donuts location. Coffee is decent. I already know what to expect at this chain establishment, and this branch meets my expectations. Service is also mundane, yet completely acceptable. Cleanliness level is fine. As far as West Haven locations, this one is also somewhere in the middle. It’s nicer than the Campbell Ave location, but a few of the others are better. Not a bad place to grab a quick coffee or snack, however.
A few things to be aware of: heavy pedestrian traffic, especially in the parking lot or pulling in from the street. Also, when I arrived mid-​day on a Monday, every table was taken up by retirees chatting and playing cards. The place was packed including the parking lot. It’s probably a good idea to just get your coffee to go. It would’ve been literally impossible to sit, although I typically just run in and out when I choose to have Dunkin Donuts. Overall the seating area is a bit awkward, as the shop is formatted in a long rectangular layout, which makes it less welcoming and less attractive than other DD locations.
