This is my local dominos and I always order online. My two med pizzas were ready in 13 mins just like the live tracker said. Haven’t had an issue so far.

As a restaurant owner myself, I am appalled by the management at this location. My mother and I ordered two pizzas online with the robust sauce. After placing the order, I decided to look up the difference between that and the marinara sauce. While reading a review, I read the robust sauce has red pepper in it, which I am deadly allergic to. I decided to call the restaurant to find out if this information was accurate. A woman answered the phone and said she’d look at the ingredients. Within less than a minute, she told me there wasn’t any pepper in the sauce. When the pizza arrived at the house, I was in the middle of feeding my newborn child so my mom, who is also allergic to red pepper(but not as severely as me) ate a bite of her pizza. There was in fact red pepper in the sauce. If I had eaten this, I would have been in the hospital. As it was, I was already having breathing trouble from the pizza even being in the house, as I can’t even be near these kinds of peppers. My mom called to speak to the manager. Shockingly, the woman who answered(who I had spoken to), was in fact, the manager. My mom told her what happened and she didn’t care. When my mom asked about the marinara sauce instead, to order a new pizza, the woman replied, «From my memory, there isn’t any pepper in it.» We already were untrusting and now she’s judging by her memory. After two minutes of repeatedly asking that she look at the ingredients, she finally obliged. There are«spices» in the sauce but she can’t tell us what they are. Again, as a restaurant owner, I understand this label isn’t specific and is impossible to break down. However, she should have found this out to begin with, without pushing off looking at the ingredients. In the end, we decided to just get a refund and order from PizzaRev instead. Do not order from this location if you have any allergies. They do not care or take it seriously.

I’ve ordered from this Dominos location about 4 or 5 times now, and I must say: so far so good! I always order through their website, which makes things really easy and convenient, and removes the possibility of any miscommunication. Ordering through their website is definitely the way to go! This Dominos always gets our order correct, the food is always really good, and most importantly, they always deliver the pizza really quickly! I can’t complain! :)

Ordered a large one topping pepperoni pizza. They delivered a cheese. I called to ask for a pepperoni pizza and return the cheese they delivered. The employee said I would have to pay again if I wanted a pepperoni pizza. I was upset and hung up then thought whatever I’ll order it and swap pizzas when the delivery guy gets here so I called back and ordered another pepperoni pizza. When they delivery guy arrived I took the pepperoni pizza and gave him the cheese(without paying) and told him just to tell the manager it was the wrong pizza… Moments later… The manager had the nerve to call me and say if they mess up an order all I have to do is call the store and Dominos will resend the correct order. Very ironic. What can u expect it’s Dominos. Pizza was decent…

I ordered for carry out a medium pizza and wings. I went to go pick it up and asked for one extra ranch for free and Sandra I wouldn’t give it to me, she is the manager. So I told her to cancel my order or give me one extra ranch for free and she said I’ll just cancel your order then because I can’t give you one extra free ranch. So I canceled my order and asked her if it was a franchise location and she said yes so I told her to transfer my order to a Domino’s that was not owned by the same owner. She was too lazy to do it herself so she had one of the other employees transfer my order to the Sherman Way location where they gave me my one extra ranch for free and didn’t make a big deal out of nothing and piss off a customer. someone needs to teach her how to do business because that was bad business. Over $.75 ranch when she was going to charge me for two additional ranches that I wanted and I was ok with but couldn’t give me one extra for free. Taking your job too seriously and not making smart business decisions. Because I ordered my food with extra sauce on everything, they are going to have to throw that order away and lose that money instead of giving you one free ranch. She needs to be fired or at least taught how to do her job properly to not lose the company business.

Worst place to come for a pizza. I would love to explain but save your time spend a little more, and go to Pizza Hut people. This place needs to be managed properly and under supervision at all times. Not one employee doing everything by herself because you have to cut employee costs. This is unacceptable.

Staff is rude and they charge you for every little thing, can’t even get parmesan without paying for it. I guess all locations are franchised — – So Ventura Blvd location just got my business from now on.

Worst service ever. We called and ordered pizza at 10:30pm. My friends and I were playing cards so we weren’t watching the time, until we realized it is now 11:40pm and still the pizza hadn’t arrived. I called to get an eta to hear they have no record of our order. I hung up the phone and told my friend what they told me thinking we might have called the wrong location. He pulled up his call list just to validate we had indeed called the right location. I called back and again inquired about the order. After about 2 minutes the guy said«it’s my bad the pizza left 10min ago» my response«ok but what happened? ???» He said the pizza is on its way and we ‘probably’ aren’t even going to get charged. After 15min, still no pizza. We call them back and asked that he call his driver to get an ETA, he said he will call the driver now and call us back. Another 15min has passed and no phone call… I mean at this point, it’s getting ridiculous. We call back YETAGAIN and said we never got a call back, and the pizza is not here again! The guy on the phone said sorry we tried calling but realized we had the wrong number and address, ending with the pizza will be there in 4 minutes. Another 15min passes and NO pizza!!! yes, we did call back again. He said the order is free and he will throw in a free 2 liter. The pizza finally arrives at 12:45am, 2 hours after we placed the order. The delivery guy did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Domino’s has lost my business. This was the worst customer service experience ever. Do not order from this location.

Ordered at 556PM. Obtained email confirmation. Called over an hour later to check on order. BTW the online tracker stated the order had left the store 20 minutes ago. Called and spoke with the manager who tracked the order and immediately stated he would send the pizza and refund the charge. The order never arrived. If they could not fill the order then let me know and I would have called someone else. Very deceitful. Would be interesting to know what the manager incentives are.

Pizza arrived 42 minutes after ordering. Pretty late compared to Pizza Hut & others. Also the pizzas are very dry and all over the boxes. Very dry looks like Domino’s is trying to save on the sauces & toppings too now. Not worth the money or time will never recommend

These guys are always fast and the food is hot and tasty. We’ve been trying the specialty pasta dishes and for a fast food place, they are pretty good. The old, original Domino’s pizza was not very good and we stopped ordering from them years ago. They made such wonderful changes to all of their foods, it’s the #1 pizza choice of all three generations in our household. The delivery guys are friendly and courteous, even when I had an issue with a pizza, the man at the door was patient and waited for me to call his manager to straighten things out. I’ve had delivery guys from other restaurants just shrug and tell me to call the boss as they walked away, not waiting to see if there was a resolution. Not with this Domino’s, they have been great and I’ve only had two issues. One the pizza had the wrong toppings, another they forgot a pasta dish. Both times, they refunded my money and the food was free(and we got to keep the wrong topping pizza, thankfully it didn’t have some oddball toppings on it!) If anyone from this location reads this, keep driving carefully guys! =)

Ordered online for my family. I made a mistake on the order so I called to inform them. They made another pizza and it got here super fast. The kids loved it.

This is my local Dominoes, which I only use through their delivery service via on-line. That’s because I have called in an order before and I was placed on hold, and after my order was taken it took 45 minutes before I called back and they forgot to send my order through. No worries though, I got a free pizza that day and used the online tracking system for delivery. Always tasty.

I love the gluten-free pizza. It’s better than regular pizza. We order from here all the time and it’s rarely below par or slow delivery. And if it is, they always make it up to us. We also almost exclusively use the online ordering, and we have only once had a problem. Again, they made it up to us.

Placed an order at 11am to pick up at 8:30pm. It was ready on time. It was correct. It was good. The service is good. Everything turned out well. Thanks The food and the flavor, probably know what you are getting. If not, you are getting a mediocre pizza. I placed another order for the next day when I picked up the last order. Update: the order was on time, hot and ready. Thanks

Friday nights I hang out with a bunch of guys and play Pathfinder. We had placed an online-order for 4 large pizzas for the group. They were $ 5.99 if you went and picked them up. We plugged their location into my Ipad and off we went to get our pizzas, which said they’d be ready in 8 – 13 minutes. Crazy Fast! I plugged their address into my ipad and asked it for directions. We diligently followed the directions on my ipad, and stopped where it said they were located. We parked my buddy’s SUV and stared blankly into a housing development. Utterly confused, we turned on my buddy’s GPS navigation device and asked it where the nearest Dominos was. It wasn’t aware of ANY Dominos within the area, let alone the Dominos that had our warm & tasty pizzas waiting for us. Of course, neither of us had our cell phones. We were on our own, but we were determined, resourceful, and not to be deterred on our very important quest for our pizza. So we drove up and down random streets searching for the Domino’s pizza. That only succeeded in getting us lost for about forty five minutes. We even pulled into another Mom & Pop pizza joint and asked them if they were aware of a Dominos nearby. In hindsight, I do realize that was kind of a dickish thing to do. Eventually we returned to the house, and got our phones and called them quite upset. We were hungry and confused and really wanted our pizzas. They told us where they were, and like Frodo and Sam trying to go and toss a ring into a volcano, Scott & Collin resumed our quest for the One Ring… of pizza… this week. Of course, when we found it, we had traveled within feet of the place several times on our aimless meandering for the past hour. The store was nice, it was bright and cheery. Much brighter than the mordor-like lands we had adventured through to get it. It was well kept, and quite clean. I showed up and asked for our takeout order. Like that big treasure chest that opens up filled to the brim with gold and sparkly gems at the end of the video games and movies, the girl turned around and picked up a stack of pizzas. She turned back around and placed them on the counter in front of me and said«We were about to call you and wonder where you were!» I smiled at her, thanked her, and grabbed the prize. We then returned back to my buddy’s house and tore into the pizzas like a pack of hungry dogs.
Side note: My Anchovy & Mushroom pizza was delicious! I’ve seen Anchovies on pizza menus for all my life and have always been terrified of them. «FISH?! On pizza? YARIGHT!» I decided to face my fears and get ‘em this time. Do yourself a favor, try it next time you order a cheap pizza. It’s actually great! All in all, despite it’s multiple failures, I enjoyed the trip. The online ordering was really easy, the pizza was cheap, and the pizza was still warm and tasty good when we got it back to eat. Good job Dominos. You continue to make me happy, and keep my wallet full too.

Wanted to give them a second chance so I wanted to try their oven sandwiches! Tried the chicken habanero… Yuck there was about 8 little pieces of chicken mostly cheese pineapple and jalapenos! Plus it was saturated with oil… This place is DISGUSTING!!! I ‘m done with this place worst Dominos ever!!!
