This place is so fun to come to, very clean and relaxing atmosphere, they always make you feel comfortable and at home. I really like the French fries and the music is always great. Perfect for late night chats with friends. Definitely check it out!

Hands down the best argeleh and Arab food in Los Angeles great prices, the owners are the most kind and generous people, and the quality of everything is amazing. My friends and I frequent here often, and it’s definitely our favorite spot in the city.

Amazing food, wonderful service. Lemon chicken, beef kabob, babaganouche, beef araias, Turkish coffee, mango iced tea, falafel sandwich, baklava. Can’t wait to come back!

First of all I just want to say this is the BEST hookah lounge in West Hollywood. The prices are great and the hookah is literally the best one we have tried in the whole area., its not harsh at all. Kathy and her husband are mazing owners who truly care about their customers and treat you like family. Kathy is always main sure her customers are happy and she’s such a sweetheart! The atmosphere is this place is great, super cozy and very relaxing. I love this place and recommend it to any who wants to go to west Hollywood for the best hookah!

Decided to stop by while my friend and I were in town from Colorado. Love the food and interior décor. Not to mention the hookah was great! Cathy and Lucif provided outstanding service. Will definitely visit this spot again next time!

Came here hoping to have some good food and hookah instead we received very bad service and mediocre food. We were told that we can not eat outside patio area and were served food inside. However when we came out for hookah we saw that food was being served to those others, I guess we had the wrong ethnicity to be eating outside patio area. Since it was very cold in the patio area and they had heaters we asked if the heater can be turned on to which they said yes but NEVER turned it on. We asked multiple time and they kept agreeing that they would turn it on but again it never happened. We gave up hopes of getting the heater turned on so we asked for some tea, but what we got was glass of hot water with tea bag that had no flavor. When we told them that we were just drinking hot water and wanted our teas to be changed they took the cup and never brought anything back. We asked for our teas again and they said it was not their fault that the tea had no flavor it was the stores fault where they bought the tea. But we still wanted some tea that had flavor, so they got tired of us asking for tea and brought us couple cups of different tea «Egyptian» which still had no flavor and tasted like crap. Throughout the whole time we were here we were never asked if we needed anything. Nevertheless, those individuals speaking Arabic were very well attended. Overall this place has very very bad service if u are not an Arab. AVOIDE THIS PLACE… there are a whole lot of good middle eastern places that have good food, good hookah and good service. Not to mention this place has horrible Arabic music… they played the same song so many times that we learned the lyrics, we had to tell them that the song was being repeated that they changed the music.

We came here and had the fattoush salad and lemon chicken entrée– both were very delicious! Workers are super hospitable/​respectable.

The owner’s wife treated us like family and took very good care of us. Pretty decent food, generous portions and great service!

I didn’t order any food here so I can’t talk about that. We only came here for hookah and some tea. The tea is alright and hookah is simple, nothing impressive. The service here was good and the atmosphere is relaxing. Good music and interesting decorations.
Great for hanging out with friends and good place for hookah lovers.

GREAT SERVICE! We stopped in here after everything else closed, not expecting much, and were so happy with our experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food, drinks and hookah are all great. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The owner is the nicest lady you’ll ever meet! Only food I’ve tried is their hummus which is amazing and of course the hookah is great. Music was a bit loud though, and it was a bit chilly inside.

I came for dinner with my friend last week solely for their LEMON CHICKEN! It is absolutely delicious! However, it is probably more accurately described as lemon garlic butter sauce over chicken and basmati rice. The dish is a little pricey, but the portion is quite large, enough to split into 2 meals for me!
As for the polar opposite Unilocal reviews (either 5 stars or people wishing they could leave zero stars)… Not sure what’s going on with that, but I do agree and disagree with some of the points brought up by other Unilocalers.
1) The service was kinda strange. There was no host/​greeter to seat us and we had to look for someone to help us. I didn’t think too much of this, since it was 8:30 p.m. on a Tuesday night, not one of their peak hours. Also, the food did take some time to come out. But when it did, it was piping hot and delicious. No one checked on us until Kathy came by.
2) Kathy introduced herself as the owner. She was very friendly and asked us to leave a Unilocal review if possible (full disclosure, haha). She gave us free almond honey cake for dessert, which was very tasty.
3) At this visit, we got tap water with our meal without a problem. After reading some of the other reviews, I do recall coming here late night around 2 a.m. for hookah on a different occasion, and the servers insisted they only had bottled water for sale. … Pretty sketchy, if you ask me.
4) They’re open late, which is great! It was pretty quiet around 8 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday night compared to the last time I was here around 1:30 a.m. on a Thursday night!
5) There’s a large patio space! There’s also an indoor non smoking area if you want to eat without the extra smells, but I haven’t been in there yet.
6) They did turn up the music around 9 p.m. … Too loud for dinner conservation! I had no complaints about that though… After all, it IS a hookah lounge.
I’m not a hookah connoisseur so I’ll leave the hookah reviews to the experts.

The best hookah lounge in West Hollywood! The service is phenomenal! Honestly they treat you like family! Kathy and her crew are amazing hard workers. The food is to die for! And if your a religious hookah smoker like my self the hookah was amazing. It didn’t even burn once! You should check this place out!!!

When all the reviews are either 1 star or 5 star with nothing in between, something is amiss.

I always have a great time here! The shisha is strong and tasty, the patio is spacious, and the food has yet to disappoint. But the best part of going here is Kathy! She’s so gracious. Make sure you order Kathy’s special.

Kathy was an incredible host and the hookah was amazing! I LOVED the bakhalva! Great place to spend a few hours with friends and smoke hookah :)

first of all if you go there and order a tea or coffee; the owners say no you must order food and hookah in order to get tea. the atmosphere is bad, the owner and his wife were rude with us. and they were the worst. and they have a stereotypical image about us that we only spend money; therefore, they were planning to let us pay 94 $ but after checking we found that they were bamboozling us with a scheme.

I’m not too happy about this place. Defiantly not going back!!! Poor service and very rude. They make us feel uncomfortable … And the food is not good either. Very disappointed !!!

Came here for the first time the other day, definitely not my last. The food, the service, the ambiance… all amazing! We had the hummus, the lemon chicken and beef kabob. The rice and salad were so so so good! I was skeptic about coming, but glad I came… definitely won’t be my last time!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
At around 7:05, I went to Eat 24 and ordered a vegetarian combo, an ice tea, and some sort of appetizer that was pita stuffed with ground beef and some other stuff– I forget what.
I’ve always had great luck with Eat24. I use it specifically because I can get food DELIVERED when I am in L.A. I don’t like crowds, I hate having to worry about parking, and it’s a way to sample plenty of local places depending on what mood I’m in.
Usually, they say to give the place 45 to 60 minutes. After an hour and a half, I finally decided to quit giving them the traffic excuse and find out what was going on, so called them. The phone was handed to a woman who said «I just got here, sorry.» I don’t know if she’s the only delivery driver or what.
She told me I could come over there and pick up my food. No, that’s not how it works. Number 1, I’ve already had a $ 3.00 delivery charge included in my bill. Number two, I don’t know L.A. inside and out like some people. Number 3, I ordered delivery, I’m trying to relax at my inn, and I’ve already taken my bra off for the day. I’m not going anywhere.
I told her no, I wanted my delivery please. She said she could be there in twenty minutes.
After almost another WHOLE HOUR had passed, I called again. I was seriously going to cancel the order if they hadn’t left yet. It was now approaching 10 pm. I wasn’t sure if I could even still order anything from another restaurant.
They had. So between 9:35 — 9:45, I FINALLY got my dinner. It was a man and a woman behind the wheel, and gave me an excuse about a «glitch in the system.»
Really? You had my address on file when I called you a little while ago. And I was already told there there was a delay with a driver getting there. Which is it?
Many times, when restaurants have issues like this, they’ll offer customers an incentive of some kind. «Geee, I’m really sorry _​_​_​_​happened. Here’s a coupon for a free _​_​_​_​_​.» Nope.
I usually give my delivery drivers a healthy tip, but these folks weren’t getting an extra cent. To top it all off, I paid $ 30 and waited over 2 ½ hours for the most incredibly mediocre Middle Eastern food I’ve ever had.
Avoid at all costs.

FEAST FROM THE EAST!
This place was very good, VERY GOOD! Excellent food, great atmosphere, and lovely staff! I came in with my family and my friends family and we all had hummus and beef kabobs and they definitely left me satisfied for the rest of the night. Also the hookahs make the place smell beautiful and relaxed… Definitely will be back soon!

First of all, the hookah here was very nice. And you can sit on their deck/​patio over the street, which is cool.
Unfortunately, that’s about where the good ended. The service was slow and they made us order 2 hookahs even though only 4 of us were smoking. It was 3am and we didn’t need that much but they wouldn’t let us order just one.
We also asked for a round of water (since we had been drinking) but they didn’t bring it for 15 minutes and when we asked about it they brought us 4 bottles of water and charged us for each one. We asked if we could have tap water but they said we had to pay for bottled water, even though the table behind us had tap water.
If you need hookah after 2am, come here. But be ready to overpay and have disappointing service. I won’t be back.

Definetely coming back here again! Came here for a late night bite after dancing. At least there was parking right next to the restaurant. just $ 5. Parallel parking on the street in l.a. is a nightmare. Walked in and we were seated right away, since it was our first time here our waiter recommend some appetizers since we weren’t starving. ordered the Kibbah, Specialty Hummus & the Souyouk. it was AMAZING! The Hummus is the best I’ve ever tasted!
The staff was friendly, our waiter always checked up on us to make sure if we needed anything. Somehow the music kept turning on & off when we were there. The one thing that bothered me was the other customers that kept bumping into my chair… there wasn’t enough space between the tables so I felt cramped. Other than that, I enjoyed my company and delicious food.
Regret not ordering one of their entrees, esp after devouring the appetizers. Also need to try their Hookah.

Okay so i have been here two times, and this place for Arabs could be a chill place, though real talk this place deserves Zero stars. 1. Their service is bad, the attitude of the workers is beyond rude. 2. If you were lucky you would get fresh unclean food, and if you weren’t you would get heated unclean food. 3. The bill is never right, and numbers are punched in as a game, your bill could be potentially $ 25 though you will always get it extra.
If you really want this! Then sure go ahead just like so many keep other people and be fooled.
Just a heads up, hope i see this place shut down.
