Visited Avenue 31 on Halloween for dinner and drinks before heading to the WeHo Carnival.
The bar staff was super fun and creative. The wait staff was good, the food was quite good (the steak frite literally melted in my mouth) and the location/view of Sunset was perfection. Loved the décor as well. Was VERY sad to overhear the staff stating that it was there last night to be open; hope that isn’t/wasn’t the case as I would happily return to this great little gem!

Cute place but the food is terrible and the service ridiculous. The staff wonders around aimlessly. The salt at the table you need to use your hand like a nut bowl at a bar, germs. Had two tables walk up and concur.

Was just there for the second time for happy hr — excellent sangria and calamari. Great ambience with beautiful view. Very reasonable prices for Sunset Plaza. Friendly staff and groovy music. The chocolate lava cake is a must try!

Our pal Eric was there that used to bartend at Picca. Good fellow and the people actually working there were the t’s on the r’z’es (beautiful view is how gf translates this… with tall ceilings and sitting on Sunset!). Great place. Awesome view and vibe. And the cocktails were creativeeee. One had a meat product in it. Beef fat. Who would have thought that would work? It did. Cool place. Taylor and Amber were awesome to patrons! Thx!
Bar seats could be a little more comfy is the oooonly thing that could take it from a A+ to an A++!
And they should have TVs that are ok (nice spots like Petty Cash have TVs… Most successful places in this price bracket have them now really)… And Diplomatico Rum…
