I LOVE this boutique!!! Geebin pieces are gorgeous. I was a fan since before the store actually opened. I reached out to Geebin via social media regarding a gorgeous skirt I fell in love with but was hesitant about sizing. She was super nice & sweet and answered my questions and immediately placed my first order. When it arrived it blew my mind! I love it so much!!! Once the store opened I was able to visit and make additional purchases. Every time I wear a dress, skirt or any outfit from made by Geebin or from Cossamia I receive so many compliments! I love that they are exclusive items and not everyone has them :) My favorite part was that I got to meet both Geebin & Rosa whom I so love!!! They are both super sweet & stunning in person!!! I can’t wait to visit again :)

I’m so sad I absolutely LOVE this place and the clothes and on the grand opening Rosa Acosta and Geebin was so cool I bought a few things then. So I was über excited to come back. Unilocal says they close at 7pm so I knew it wouldn’t take me that long so I got there at 6pm. The girl working named Leah (I specifically had to get her name) she was SOOOOOOOOOOOO rude. Until recently I’ve been a district store manager and there’s no way in the dark place down under I would be that rude to anyone. I was so turned off I didn’t buy one thing and there was 3 specific things I REALLY WANTED and all bc princess Leah was rude I didn’t get them. She didn’t say ANYTHING to the ppl who walked in after me. Then had a nerve while I was ready to buy but still looking to tell me «oh we close a 6:30pm just to let you know.» I put everything away nicely and said forget. I hate to do this type of review because I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE OWNER! But customer service is #1 I don’t care who you are and I don’t care who walks in the store you treat everyone like they are your number 1 customer. I hope to be able to update this review with a 5 maybe next time. But not for awhile unless something changes ASAP!
