Mail Service Center

I was the very first customer this Servicenter ever had back in the 80s while it has changed owners several times the quality of the service has always been great this is the very best way possible to make sure your mail is safe when you’re not in town I travel consistently and can rest easily knowing my mail is being taken care of.

I have been a boxholder here for over 20 years. I can’t imagine having my mail delivered by the post office. Things are signed for, or held for me. When I am away, mail is sent to me. The staff is personable, the prices reasonable. It’s like having an office. Highly recommend for people who can’t stand going to a post office for mail or packages and who like the comfort of not forwarding mail when you are away for a bit of time.

I just had a really horrible experience with these guys. It sounds like it may not be the norm based on the other two reviews, but I was honestly really surprised to read that they had gotten good reviews. I opened a box online and wanted to use the forwarding services. I filled out the form, entered my credit card details and was told that I would hear back within 24 hours. But I never did. I followed up 2 days later and was told by someone who was working that she would call the owner and have him set it up right away. Another few days… and I still didn’t hear anything. A week later, I sent an email and never got a response. Finally nearly two weeks after it all started and being really frustrated that I left my credit card details with someone and there was no one getting back to me with any information, I called and left a voicemail message and I sent one last email, begging someone to call or email me back. I still didn’t hear anything. So the next day, I called and this time got someone on the phone who said that the owner was on vacation and it wasn’t her responsibility to open any boxes or to reply to any emails. ??? She said she would call the owner and tell him to sort it out right away. But because I heard that before, I just wasn’t feeling confident about working with them, so I asked her to cancel everything. Now I’m back at square one and feeling really frustrated that no one ever bothered to set me up as a new customer and even worse, that no one seemed to care.

Been using these guys for about two months now (while I’ve been traveling). They’ve deposited my checks on time and have been very responsive to emails.
So far so good… I might be sticking with these guys for quite a while.

If you’re looking for a private mail service located in West Hollywood, this place is inexpensive and has an awesome staff.
Mailboxes start at about 20 bucks per month, with a weekly forwarding service at $ 5.00 plus postage.
VIPs, small businesses, and gangsters can use this mail service to have mail sent to them, then forward it anywhere else for a nominal fee. Not too shabby!
