BEST MILKSHAKES IVE EVER HAD. I stumbled into this place because I was in the neighborhood and wanted a shake and I was not disappointed. I feel bad for the employees though because they are forced to listen to the tvs blasting celebrity relations with the establishment.

This place isn’t like what it used to be in the past. This place used to be about celebrity’s, good service and good milkshakes. Now there’s just always a long line with no care from the employees. They will take someone’s order, make the milkshake, give the order to the customer and then take the order from the next person in line. It takes about 3 minutes to make the milkshake. I feel they’re a little careless. No smile or anything. I ordered a medium and they gave me a small. I paid for a medium… And I still got a small. But if I say anything it will hold up the entire line because they take orders and make orders one at a time. They’re very slow. You can easily stay in line for 30 minutes when there’s maybe 6 people in front of you.
They have delicious milkshakes. But it’s not worth it if you’re from out of the city. They should hire employees who are faster and happy they work in a milkshake shop. Great location, great milkshakes, rude and mean employees. Part of coming here is for the service. Disappointed.

I have been to Millions of Milkshakes a million times. The shakes are always decadent and tasty. Sometimes I get M&Ms inside to make it extra yummy. This is always a tasty joint right before or after a night out. With the Pizza place next door, it’s the fat kids dream (aka me)
I love the buy one get one free offer, all my friends and I use it and it’s so worth it! Even though I’m lactose intolerant this ice cream makes me so happy!

Nutella
Chocolate
Overall I wish there was more seating but you can’t complain because of the hustle and bustle of West Hollywood!

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 2+ years. I’m used to them changing the hours always changing due to management; it is currently 11:45 and they close at 12 tonight apparently. Even calling before coming to make sure they’re going to be open till 12 the lady said come by. Driving from Van Nuys (15 – 20 min) drive depending on traffic just to get there before they close only for the man working to lock the door and say they’re closed. AT 11:41?!?
Not only were they just sitting by the register hanging out with all the employee’s, they refused to open the door to a crowd of 8 people including me who wanted to get some milkshakes… The milkshakes are so good, it sucks how horrible the customer service is. I’ll make sure to let everyone I know not to go there anymore. I guess they make enough money so they don’t care to lose customers. Do not recommend to anyone, find another place that doesn’t close when they feel like it.

If you’ve never been it’s probably worth going to try once… If you’re in the area. It’s a simple milkshake that you can get anywhere. They don’t do anymore celebrity milkshakes because the old owner didn’t give them the rights, which was the reason I drove 45 minutes to go out there and try it. The milkshake itself was good but it’s something you could probably get at rubys!
On a side note: I wanted my boyfriend to give it a try so we decided to head out that direction and we would spend the evening walking around. We get there (again 45 minute drive) and its closed because they are out of ice cream.

Went late night 11pm-​ish. The music was so loud we could hardly think about our orders. The milkshakes were so-​so I’m not sure at all what the craze was ever about. Didn’t finish either of our shakes… C–

One word. Overrated.
If you live on the west side, you’ve probably heard of Millions of Milkshakes. Everyone raves about how it’s the spot to be for desserts in WeHo… until they actually try a milkshake.
To keep it short because I was so heavily disappointed with my experience, the service was alright and the milkshakes were very underwhelming. It was overpriced and tasted like any other regular milkshake.
If you’re tourist, go ahead, stop by. If not, might as well save your money and head to McDonald’s.

Loved the buy one, get one free deal on Unilocal!
My friend loves the banana, which tastes to me like it has a bit of artificial banana flavor in it, but also has real banana. I had chocolate and malt, which was tasty.
Service was quick and friendly.

This place may be a little cheesy, hyped up, etc.
But it’s worth it.
Especially when you check in with Unilocal and get a free shake with the purchase of another.

There is something great about having a milkshake anyway you want it. This place does it for you. Nice clean place, outdoor seating. The only place I know where you could get a milkshake with a lot of different toppings, from candy to cereal. I’m here whenever I’m in Hollywood. A must try. Highly recommended.

There’s something about this place that I LOVE!
It’s a little out of the way from where I live but well worth the drive! I am an avid milkshake drinker — especially when it comes to a casual celebration of birthdays! There are so many options to choose from if you go for the option of creating your own milkshake and lots of options for every palate if you go the pre-​determined celebrity inspired route.
They’re open pretty late and make the milkshake right in front of you! Also (and most importantly in my opinion) their ingredients are always so fresh which is always a concern when talking about make-​your-​own anything places.

The drinks are very good. What I have a problem with are the employees.
I wanted an espresso, and the guy told me he’s not trained for that yet.
Another time we came at 10:30 and they were closed. They should be open until midnight as advertised.
Horrible customer service.

Sad to say I was NOT impressed– overpriced & taste is nothing special. You’re def paying for the name/​location on this business. I gave it 2 stars cuz the atmosphere is pretty cool– esp on a late Saturday nite spontaneous milkshake run my bf & i had.
Looks like im sticking to Smashburger for my shakes– they never disappoint!

Well I am just going to go ahead and say that this place is extremely overrated. We drove quite a ways to come here because we had heard great things… and I was kinda disappointed right when I walked in the door because it was just not nearly as good as I hoped. It was kinda cheesy looking inside… big TVs playing videos of Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber on a loop. The music was way too loud and was obnoxious.
But I put the appearance aside and was excited to try a milkshake. I ordered a peanut butter banana milkshake… and like obviously it wasn’t gross (it is ice cream and peanut butter…) but like not even close to the best milkshake I have ever had. I was really not impressed at all with it.
The music was so loud that it was hard to even have a good conversation while drinking the milkshakes. There were also so many teenage girls that i was just overwhelmed.
All in all… don’t come here just because it is famous. Because it shouldn’t’ be. There are better places that are higher quality and a way better atmosphere.

Millions of Milkshakes … I felt like I just lost millions of dollars. $ 5.95 for a small milkshake? Yup, it was the most expensive milkshake (price per unit volume) I’ve ordered so far.
Millions of Milkshakes is famously known for its celebrity endorsements. Hey, both Kim Kardashian (before she married the next 2020 Presidential candidate, Mr. West) and Miley Cyrus (who was still innocent) were actually here many years ago.
There’s a buy one get one free Unilocal check-​in deal; however, I showed the staff the check-​in deal after I made my order and he mentioned something about I need to order ANOTHER one in order to redeem the offer (basically buy TWO get ONE free … in another word, he wouldn’t honor the Unilocal check-​in offer until I order a second drink).
Menu: Milkshakes (including build your own shake), smoothies, boba milk tea (only five flavors), boba icced tea (only 7 options), hot drinks (e.g. Italian cappuccino, coffee, hot chocolate, etc), and sundaes.

Million Dollar Shake (Ferrero Rocher + Strawberries, small $ 5.95 — tax included): Milkshake itself wasn’t as bad as I originally thought and it was a good combination between strawberries and Ferrero Rocher. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from ordering this drink because I did finish the entire drink.

Don’t come alone unless you want to finish two milkshakes all by yourself (or be like me, paying $ 5.95 for ONE milkshake). 3.5-star with Unilocal check-​in deal and minus 1-​star for not honoring the Unilocal check-​in deal.

The location is the business. Millions of milkshakes is know for several celebrity visits but the milkshake was really average. Be sure to check in to get the coupon but don’t expect to be wowwed for a boutique milkshake place. I’ve had diner milkshakes better and worse but I ordered the President shake (supposed to be strawberry and cookie dough) but it came with strawberry and what seemed like large chocolate chips.
Good for a pitstop on a cool west Hollywood night out but dont expect STAR quality (get it? Unilocal joke?) even the shop itself looks like it could use a makeover –poor lighting bland old signage etc– best suggestion is to keep expectations low and smile because even a bad milkshake is still a beautiful creation.

Pretty great milkshakes and I would say the biggest reason for my 5 star review may be that even though I heard the big hype for this shop on a red tour bus and how the lines were going to be extremely long. I went there with my fiancé on a Friday night around 7 pm and it was perfect!
No lines. we were the only ones in the store.
They have some contest/​employee special that goes on about naming a type of milkshake after them self and I went with one of those, after a little sadden that the celebrity name options weren’t up on the board to choose from. They said there were too many to list up there so they removed it. I feel like that may be what customers may go for to order a Kim Kardashian or a Miley Cyrus.
Enjoyed my milkshake very much and like I said even better that there was no line for us to order.

I went at around 11:30pm so it was pretty empty. Just about 2 other parties that came and went while we sat there. They were very quick with taking or orders and making the shakes. Nothing amazing, yet nothing terrible. Just your average customer service.
Shakes:
–Oreolicious: This is your typical Oreo milkshake you can get at Carl’s Jr, but with a slight twist of additional caramel. You really taste the Oreo flavor at the beginning and have an extremely sweet caramel flavor at the end. I felt like the more I drank, the sweeter it got. Good thing I shared!
–Million Dollar Shake: [[FAVORITE]] Strawberries and Ferrero Rocher in a milk shake?! Delicious! Hands down out of the three I tried, this was my favorite. There was an okay amount of Ferrero Rocher so it wasn’t too overwhelming and the strawberry was a different, but good complement. Even though this was my favorite, I wouldn’t go out of my way to get this shake.
–Celebrity Shake: If you like peanut butter then this is the shake for you. The peanut butter flavor was strong and definitely lingers for a while. It was different from the other two in that it wasn’t just sweetness because of the peanut butter.
Like usual, shakes are very filling and these were no exception. So I recommend sharing even a regular. Also, because these were made on the sweeter side (in my opinion) it could get overwhelming if you’re drinking a cup on your own.

I think I discovered this page on a Weho website — for tourists, like myself as I live in the Chicago area. I guess I’ve been living in a box because friends of mine knew of this place, I did not… what caught my eye was a milkshake place open till 2am!!! Pretty cool. There are not millions of milkshakes on the menu, however there is quite a menu and so many yummy sounding flavors to choose from… after changing my mind three times, I decided on a s’mores shake. I’ve never had one of those! My boring friend got a plain ol’ boring banana shake… seriously, you can make that at home.
If you have the Unilocal app on your phone, use it to check in if you’re there with a friend, or if you want two shakes… they’re buy 1, get 1 free though keep in mind a small is about $ 5!!!
It’s a shake… can’t really go wrong with a shake. There was no one in there on a Thursday pm, we had to take a spin around the block before finding parking but it was all good. I can say I did this now, not sure if I’d schedule a trip in my itinerary when traveling to LA again, though if I was in the area… I’d stop in!
