This review is a little late but whatever I wish I could give 0 stars. Came here tonight for a quick drink and it took the bartender 25mins to bring my check. He gave the check to all the other tables but mines. My table was the only table left in the bar. He asked are you lady’s ready to close tab and closed down the whole bar before giving me my tab. I’ve had better service at cabo cantina down the street. Won’t come here anymore!

My wife and I stopped by here on a whim on Saturday around 6:30pm and we were pleasantly surprised at the layout and menu. We only had a glass of wine because we had already had dinner but the menu looked like it was interesting enough that we would return. We actually wished we had eaten here instead of where we originally dined. The bartender who was working was a really engaging guy and he treated us very well. I usually remember names but unfortunately I whiffed on this one but I did remember that he said he lived in the Silver Lake area. The wine was on point and the atmosphere was right up our alley. It was classy and open without being too antiseptic. Modern hotels sometimes lose that feel if they are too concerned with the modern look. We didn’t get that feeling here. We have always enjoyed the Andaz in other areas so this hotel will most likely be worth staying at in the future.

Class, sophistication, with a touch of pizazz… This place hits all marks. Renee behind the bar is a thing of beauty and Chef Joaquin goes above and beyond for his guests. Quick tip… Ask about any new cheeses to pair with their large selection of wine.

We stopped by here for drinks and some appetizers. The bartender was kinda rude and there were so many rules about where we could take our drinks because we had a larger party and all their tables were taken and the«restaurant» portion was closed. Then when we wanted to order food they wouldn’t let us order food at the table we were actually at. annoying. The drinks and food were ok. Overpriced and not worth it, if you ask me!

The lobby area and the hotel seemed very nice and fancy, the décor was modern and very appealing … If it wasn’t for how good the TASTE/QUALITY of the food was, I would have given a 3 Star as Service was«Average» … For a Detail Video Review( ) Please visit my Youtube Channel or look for the«Riot Hyatt — The Rock & Roll Breakfast » … Hope You Enjoy it :-)

Just here for a nightcap, but I have to say that the bartenders are excellent. Renee and Doug work well together and make you feel like you are their only customer. Make a point of stopping in.

To be fair, we came in for a very late dinner an hour before closing time. Both the kitchen and bar were prepping to close. We had just arrived to the hotel from LAX and we were starving. That being said, we still expected more from a place that charges $ 18 for a burger and fries. I ordered the shrimp off the small plate menu and my husband ordered the Riot burger. Presentation wise the food looked good. I enjoyed my shrimp, which despite the small portion was filling. The shrimp plate was $ 12. My husband stated his burger was average. Good but nothing worth $ 18. Service was okay but again, I think the timing had a lot to do with that. Overall it served its purpose but we would not return.

We love the Riot House bar. Great location and the food is always tasty and prices are not too bad. It’s always a little cold, so bring a sweater. We love it here! We even came here on Xmas day! Nice and lowkey.

Charming bar right on Sunset with a cool boutiquey vibe but without the hyperactive crowd. Call it the boutique for adults. The«Riot Hour» every night 5 – 7 has great drink specials and a friendly feel. They even presented all of us with a complimentary ceviche :-). I am impressed.

You know I have to say that I wasn’t too impressed with this place. I guess when you think of having breakfast in west Hollywood you think«grand» right? Well no. it was anything but that. Now Because this place is located inside of the ANDAZ hotel which is affiliated with the Hyatt brand as a Diamond member I receive a free breakfast buffet for up to four people. This trip it was only me. I was warmly greeted and seated by my waiter. Not sure if they didn’t have a host or not but what matters is that I was seated immediately! He explained that the buffet of course was included in my stay and that if I wanted any eggs that they’d have to be ordered through him which was fine. I ordered an egg white spinach omelette w/feta cheese and it was delicious! But once I got up to look at the rest this«buffet» it was A JOKE O_o they literally only had bacon.sausage.pancakes.potatoes.cheese.bread/bagels and some dry cereal. That’s hardly a buffet and for the normal person paying full price which would’ve been around $ 30 per person or more I wouldve been pissed to say the least. But it was good other than that it’s just a Steep prince for what you actually get. but then again its«Hollywood» baby ;-)

Nice value for the Eggs Benedict w/crabmeat and hollandaise made of kale and spinach. The buffet layout looked well put together; it looked as if every aspect was carefully thought out. Beverage offerings such as: Blue Healer, Freshly squeezed orange juice and others, are too expensive. Also — I saw the pitcher of OJ uncovered,(oxidation albeit vitamin C holds longer uncovered) sitting at the corner of the bar without chill. — What about flies? #Turnoff Looking to be seated, I circled the restaurant twice for a host(ess). But it seems their way of doing things, is expecting one to ask. Gratuity was automatically added — perhaps that’s standard for hotels? Nevertheless, service could use some fine tuning. All-in-all, I enjoyed my meal, the ambiance and energy of Andaz’s Riot; thus a three star rating.

We were staying across the street at the Mondrian and decided to come here for dinner. It was a Monday night and it was rather quiet. there were a few people in the bar area where we were seated. I had the Cesar salad and my partner had the citrus salad. Both were great. Then we had the Ahi tuna tacos and vegetable pappardelle both were also great. The waiter was a bit cold and slightly rude but that could just be my opinion. He seemed to be way more into the girl sitting at the bar than to the customers. Over all it was a good experience. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go there but if you are in the area and are hungry it’s worth a visit.

With all the history this location has I was looking forward to checking out the bar and restaurant even though I was about 35 years too late. No Zeppelin or groupies filing these hallowed halls. Sigh… Service 1 star, 2 stars for the history of the location, the décor, and the HUGE bathrooms in the lobby. We came for the happy hour at the bar(everyday from 5pm-7pm) before we headed to the Laugh Factory on a Tuesday. We noticed the regular restaurant seating was not going to be open that evening, which was kind of odd, since the open kitchen was visible and food from the menu, was available. The lobby area and the hotel seemed very nice and fancy, the décor was modern and very appealing, but here’s why it sucked. I bartended for a decade in my past and my husband’s been in the hospitality industry for two decades and the bartender’s here were awful. When we arrived there was one other couple seated at the bar, so it was dead. There were two male bartenders both with the personality of dry toast. One seemed more interested in the sports which were on the television(which I hate) and the other was too busy cutting limes and taking aimless walks around the restaurant. We ordered two specialty drinks from the menu each $ 12. They were both terrible, the Bee’s Knees and some other garbage, which required a 15-minute preparation for zero reward. So, on the next round we settled for the happy hour drink options. Fearing another mishap like my first cocktail I decided to make it easy and ordered vodka with lime juice. Of course they are too fancy to have Rose’s Lime, they have fresh lime, sure whatever. Maybe this was why bartender #2 was feverishly cutting so many limes(they should invest in a Wedgemaster(which cuts limes at rapid pace). So, those drinks tasted like poop because fresh lime is obviously unsweetened unlike my garbage Rose’s, ok, that’s fine. So we took it down another notch and we ordered two rail(happy hour) shots of vodka. During our visit we also ordered fries, which were tasty, thin, like I like them. We also ordered the flank steak with vegetables. The vegetables were limp. The steak was good, but the portion was micro, nothing to write home about. Besides the bartender’s lack of any lights behind the eyes, and even though I was so impressed with the bathrooms, which were the size of a studio apartment and very private, I gave such a low review because our bill was messed up and the bartender had a major attitude. We were charged regular price($ 12) for our rail(happy hour) vodka drinks, because as he explained when we questioned the bill, he pours more into shots and into a vodka with lime juice than he would into a(for example) vodka soda. If someone is ordering off of the happy hour menu and I simply want one serving of vodka without a mixer because the last two drinks we had from you were terribly mixed, than that doesn’t mean you get to make up some hocus pocus DIY billing strategy. If you are going to charge regular price when we stated we wanted just the vodka from the happy hour menu with no mixer(because you suck at bartending) you should have explained this at that time. But I guess you were too busy watching the basketball on tv to pay much attention to your customers. We are not cheap, we spend A LOT of money going out on a regular basis, but the reasoning he gave us was absurd and his attitude and knowledge were poor at best. I’m sure it’s a very nice hotel to stay if you’re coming in from out of town, but being a West Hollywood resident, unless there’s some sort of Hollywood event going on here like during the Sunset Strip Music Festival, don’t even bother with the bar or restaurant, which is lacking in the most important part an establishment lives and dies on, their staff. Side note, we had some time to clear before the show at the Laugh Factory so we went across the street to the Sunset Tower Hotel’s outdoor restaurant and bar and the staff was AMAZING. Made all the difference. Our tab was double what we spent at the Riot House. Money gladly spent for impeccable service with a smile.

My boyfriend brought me here for a Hollywood date and I loved it!!! Their wine was delicious their food on man don’t even get me started it was #Perfect simply perfect! We ordered the Mushroom Sliders to begin with and they were really good! I cannot remember the exact name of the entrée I chose; however it was a deliciously marinated chicken served on a bed of creamy garlic mashed potatoes and accompanied with an assortment of veggies. It all was just so #Flavorful and went all too well together! My food was sooooo good I couldn’t even tell you what my boyfriend ordered because I was just that into my food! It was a really decent portion and I won’t lie I was full a little more than halfway into my meal, but it was so #DELICIOUS that I ate the entire thing!(: I did not get to try their dessert since I was way too full, however I most definitely would love to go back and try it! Perhaps this time dessert first lol The place is really clean and the service it great! Friendly, welcoming and attentive! Overall great place! Considering the quality of their food I expected it to be a lot more pricey than what it is. Reasonable prices I think.

I swear I am not a fan of West Hollywood since first off it is always hard to get here in the first place and everything seems so much more expensive here. A friend decided to have her Christmas toy drive at this location so I had to go. First off the hotel is super nice and they do have valet. You still will have to pay a fee after you get it validated but I totally forgot how much it was. The RH feel looked really pretty and almost the right setting for a nice dinner with a group of lovely ladies. Service was not on point with how this place was. First off the we ordered wine and some of ours didn’t come at all. Some plates that we also ordered were forgotten. We had to always ask our servers for things such as even table setting. It was a little bit weird I would say for how nice this place is. The food was good if you ordered meaty items. If you had gotten pasta it was seriously not tasty at all. The food prices is actually really reasonable! I think I would just come here because of how nice the place looks but maybe never order any of the pasta dishes and get some red meat.
Free a glass of wine with Unilocal check in, not bad at all! Located inside the Andaz Hotel in WeHo, I was dining here a few day straight for some snacks or lunch. RH features seasonal menus of market-to-table cuisine that have all the attitude of Southern California. RH has an open kitchen capture your eye as you savor tantalizing food and wine in one of our private settings or communal tables, designed for sharing the chic West Hollywood restaurant vibe. — The whole grain mustard shrimp, onion, white wine, dill was tasty spicily good. — The Sauteed vegetables with summer squash, zucchini, mushroom, bell peppers, onion, over wild rice was delicious. — The turkey balls — was a great snack. — Miso glazed black cod was not good, and we sent it back, the server replaced it with another dish for us! Thank you for that! Service was good, the food was nice and reasonable.
