My wife and I used Swell Catering for our wedding and have since received nothing but rave reviews from every one of our guests. Head chef Fletcher and his staff prepared exquisite food for over 100 guests. His suggestions were wonderful, and those combined with the food we requested truly made every part of the meal perfect. All of the food was served on time, and in a stress free environment. Five stars!!! Thank you so much for making our evening absolute perfection.

Swell Catering is an excellent choice for catering your event. The chef was a delight, respectful, very cordial to our whole party. His staff was also very nice.
The quality of the food was a 10 out of 10.

I hired Swell Catering for my business launch event. They made me a sushi platter, burrata salad, mushroom truffle pasta and finger sandwiches, along with a couple of hors d’oeuvres. My event was a huge success, my guests left happy and full, and one of them even asked me to put her in touch with Swell to cater her parents’ anniversary party. The presentation of his dishes look like art where you almost don’t want to ruin them by eating it, but you’re left with a pleased palate and appetite by the end of the night. I’ll only hire Swell Catering for all my future events and parties!

Not too long ago, you had to be a guest at fancy party on Sunset Plaza or at some exclusive event in Hollywood or Beverly Hills to feast on the creations of Fletcher Brennan and his team of culinary wizards. Now with Swell Catering you don’t have to take my word for it. Dig in. As customers at many of the top eateries where Brennan once worked his magic know, no matter the style, the cuisine or occasion, this team takes it to the next level. «Swell» does not do them justice. «Epitome» or «Premier» is more like it. An enthusiastic five stars!
