(This is considered West Hollywood? It seems more like Beverly-adjacent, but whatever. I don’t know much about the divides there.) A visiting friend and I happened on Yellowman solely by chance: While trying to hit all the bullet points on the«LA Celebrity /Tourist Hotspots» list, we snagged a parking spot in front of this store and decided to stop in. We were the only people in the store for a good 30 – 45 minutes, and the salespeople were friendly and easy going. They explained their brand(featuring tattoo artists from all over the world), their products(long sleeved tees made of tight, neoprene-like fabric for athletes, divers, club-goers; embellished jackets, post-bedazzler; edgy embroidered jeans), and the different colors and patterns that went into their merchandise. The special stretchy fabric is pricey, with long sleeve shirts ranging anywhere from $ 180+, but it’s definitely worth it if you’re looking for a wardrobe piece that will definitely stand out and last a long time. Girls’ shirts also include mesh tees(also with tattoo art) kind of like the ones you see in Forever 21 with the rhinestones and landscape patterns… but much better quality. All in all, great pieces to add to a collection.
