Francisco is fantastic. I’m fused from C2-​T12 and I completed a yoga session. He was patient and gave me many alternative poses. He helped me correct my poses and worked with my limitations. I highly recommend Francisco

I have done yoga before and loved it. I came to Francisco for private personal training and found it to be fantastic. I had been hesitant to go to a personal trainer because I find super attractive people somewhat intimating and sometimes not so nice but Francisco is very sweet and approachable. He takes time to help you correct your poses and makes the session an enjoyable experience. So skip those over priced Hollywood group classes and go straight to the source!

I work out 3 or 4 times a week but I never did yoga before and always wanted to try it. I contacted Francisco and went to a couple of his classes and enjoyed it so much that I decided to continue with one-​on-​one yoga sessions weekly. Francisco is terrific instructor and very knowledgeable about all aspects of yoga. He is also a great guy who is very kind and thoughtful. I am glad to have found him for my introductory to yoga. I’ve wondered if it had been someone else whether I would have stuck with it. I also think I am improving and becoming much more flexible under his tutelage. He rocks!

I’ve been working with Francisco for a little while and have received excellent yoga instruction and a great massage. Francisco is skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. I’m not the most flexible person in the world and he adjusts his instruction to my level while still challenging me… and I’m making progress! With the depth of his experience, I’m betting that more experienced yoga students will also get great benefit from working with Francisco. Finally, his place is very calming and impeccably clean! I highly recommend this guy!

Amazing! I am a strong, somewhat flexible guy who is very athletic. But… my routine was missing something. Well, a couple things, really. Yoga with Francisco filled all the gaps. Flexibility, core, meditation and overall zen. Francisco’s ability to work with me based on my yoga level gives me the perfect balance of strength and flexibility that yoga can provide. I walk away from every session, relaxed yet energetic. Try it!!! It will change you.
