I needed condo inspection in Brooklyn on very short notice and Dominick was able to come the next day. I called him in advance and asked what he was going to review and he was happy to go through the list with me. I was unable to attend the inspection and sent someone else with a list of questions, all of which Dominic answered. He sent a thorough report that same evening with pictures. I followed up to ask about the potential cost of repairing some of the things he noted and he responded right away. He was straightforward and moved quickly — I’d recommend him!

Dominick was excellent, very easy to deal with, very professional, and his rates are reasonable compared to the many other prices I received. Day of the inspection he showed up early, took lots of photos, went through everything in the entire home, was very knowledgeable about homes and construction, and he answered all my questions. His report was electronically delivered next day and was excellent, had lots of photos, had everything we saw at the inspection and he includes the termite inspection which he self performs. After you receive the report he answers any questions you may have about the report very promptly. I highly recommend him.
