Pharmacy is a nightmare. Pharmacists were backed up ane when we asked why we had waited 45 minutes on what we were told would be a 15 min wait, we got to hear the pharmacist yell, «I am really busy so they will just have to wait!!» Then when we were called up, they didn’t even process our insurance correctly and told us that we would need to fix it ourselves and then come back later. We called the insurance up and they said that they had never even received a call from he pharmacy. We returned to the pharmacy and told them to call the insurance company and they stated that they would only call their own listed help desk number rather than the one that our insurance company asked them to call. After arguing with them for a while, they agreed to call but said that unless their phone number said okay, then they would not process it.
