Kelly is absolutely the best! I’ve been to so many different places in search of someone who is the right balance of skilled, gentle, honest and who will take time to listen to your concerns and explore various options. Kelly knocks it out of the ball park on all counts. For several years I have bounced around from place to place but I am now a devoted client of Kelly’s and will look no further. In my experience, doing injectables is an art form and Kelly is an extremely talented artist with a gentle touch who takes the time to listen to you and guide you to your desired look without ever overdoing it or pushing you into something you don’t want. I’ve seen Kelly several times for various issues and each and every time I’ve left feeling like I’ve just caught up with an old friend who happens to do injectables extremely well. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone who is interested in trying Botox or fillers and feel 100% confident that they would be grateful for the recommendation.

Kelly is so friendly, generous, patient and skilled! My mom had been one other place one time and her experience wasn’t great (Aesthetic Medicine Dr. Darm, eeeek!). But I convinced her to come here because in speaking with Kelly over the phone, I felt like we could trust her. I have taken my mom here twice now.
Kelly took the time to explain what she would do so my mom was comfortable. She listened to what my mom wanted and did a fabulous job. She was very honest about what could and couldn’t be done and I really valued her opinion. My mom is very conservative and is the type of person to do too little change than too much, Kelly was on board with that and didn’t try to sell anything at all like some places do. Per my request, Kelly let us know about a longer term solution which my mom may get in the future when she is ready. In the meantime my mom is OK with temporary solutions.
I didn’t do anything myself, but Kelly was so kind to take time out to answer my questions should I someday do something about that weird crease I’ve got on my face and the skin darkening around my chin. Even though it’s in my moms nature to not do anything for herself very often at all, I am so glad she has a go to place when she wants to go back again, finding someone good is the hardest part.

Botox results were great! Competitive price, I was confident Kelly Klingele knew what she was doing. I usually bruise, and did not this time; and with an average amount, she accomplished more than usual. She didnt try to upsell either. Great experience.

I recently visited Elite Cosmetics for second time to had some procedure done by Kelly and I am very happy with the results. Kelly is very knowledgeable and kind. She makes you feel comfortable the whole time. I am definitely going back. I will recommend this girl to all my friends and family.

AWFUL! An employee double booked multiple people and was half an hour late and did not tell anyone therefor leaving multiple waiting outside the locked office doors… I left and did not have a procedure done. I have heard good reviews on the actual services but with how unprofessional I was treated I will never return to somewhere this organized where medical services are offered. Very disappointed.

For years now, I have struggled with insecurties that resulted from the smile lines that had grown increasing deeper on my face. Unfortunately, it directly affected my self esteem, and though I had considered having dermal fillers done before, I was apprehensive about doing something to remedy what truly bothered me. After celebrating a landmark birthday, I knew that this was MY year to do something just for me.
I recently moved to the Pacific Northwest, and since I was new to the area, I did a bit of research before contacting anyone in regards to getting a bit of help done with my face. I had so many questions, as I had never before had any type of procedure done before. As soon as I spoke with Kelly, I felt very reassured, comfortable with my decision in choosing West Linn Aesthetic. I couldn’t wait for my appointment!
As soon as I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and was greeted warmly. During my consultation, I was able to express myself about my fears, concerns, and hopes for what this treatment could provide for me. And not only was I actually listened to, but I was given feedback and thorough answers to all of my questions… so much so that by the time the procedure was set to begin, I was ecstatic!
Kelly and I both decided that Juvederm for my smile lines would be my best bet. We began, and the procedure wasn’t near as painful as I had anticipated. And as soon as Kelly handed me the mirror once we were done, I couldn’t believe it: I literally cried tears of joy! My face looked PRETTY. I honestly felt like a new woman leaving the office. And when my husband saw me, his jaw dropped! He said that I looked so much younger!!! :) :)
After such amazing results, I decided: why stop here? Why not do something about the hollows under my eyes? I booked another appointment with Kelly, we decided to use Restalyne for my tear ducts. After that procedure, the bruising was minimal to NONE (I iced the area religiously, and also used arnica ointment to help prevent bruising).
My lips were also uneven in spots, so we used a bit of filler and treated a deep line between my forehead as well. I also received Botox to soften up my crow’s feet and forehead wrinkles (which I shielded for years with heavy bangs!). This was also my first time with Botox, and HOLY COW! I am definitely a convert. Now I see why my girlfriends get it done! Amazing!
And while before I was insecure, unhappy with what age was doing to my skin, it’s a completely, COMPLETELY, different situation now. I am now a woman with confidence. I look in the mirror and am just in awe of how amazing my skin looks. It’s easier to apply my makeup. I have a spring in my step that wasn’t there before. I have the confidence to go out into the world and be me times 1000! I work in a very public position, and receive compliments in my skin all of the time!
I thoroughly recommend Kelly and West Linn Aesthetic Medicine. Meeting her and receiving this gift has been the best thing that I have ever done. She is a true artist and is skilled at her craft. I will definitely be back!!!

Terrible experience! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I bought a groupon for 20 units to get rid of ONE forehead wrinkle. Told Kelly my main concern was my forehead wrinkle. I have had botox before and 20 units was more than enough and it worked great. She proceeds to tell me it’s not that bad doesn’t need much, then shoots botox all over my forehead except where I wanted it! Then I’m forced to come to a follow up appointment where I assume she will fix the fact that I can still see the wrinkle in my forehead… NOPE! She tries to make me buy more botox!
Save your money and your time and go to a reputable place or a real doctor.

I went to Kelly for botox. I have had it before at other places but while I liked the look of it, I felt pressured to do other services at the other places. Kelly really listened to my concerns about how much and where I wanted it done (I wanted a natural look). I am also kinda a wuss about needles and pain, but Kelly had me ice up the areas before hand and I hardly felt anything. She kept me calm and distracted. I really appreciated that she also did follow up with me to make sure that the results were what I was looking for. I would recommend her to anyone who would like a younger appearance and I plan on going back for another round very soon!

Loved Kelly! She did a great job. She definitely knows what she is doing. I thought the whole experience was worth while. The office is easy to get to. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking for Aesthetic help, this is the place to go. I will be returning.
