Michelle is the best sales person! She is very knowledgable and will quickly get an answer if she doesn’t know something. Our family has bought 3 fridges from her this year and couldn’t be happier.
Although the selection is smaller than some other big stores, we have always found an item in our price range with the features we wanted. When I bought a stove last year she didn’t have one in stock that was on sale so she sent me to another store even though she lost her commission. I was in Lowes & referred a customer shopping there who could not get helped & could not find the item advertised.
Their warranty is a little pricey but covers everything — luckily I haven’t needed to use it yet!
