I visited the Sprint store in the Palisades Mall in September 2015 and Julie L. was the service representative. I was looking to upgrade my phone since I had not upgraded in 3 years and was out of contract. My phone bill was 89.00 A month. I was very clear about not wanting a high phone bill with the upgrade, but when I received my second bill, I noticed my bill was about twice the amount. What I learned today from my call to Sprint Customer service was the accessories that Julie told me I had a credit for was not a credit. The cost of the accessories was added to my sprint bill for 12 months. I feel that Julie and her manager were deceptive and dishonest. Beware of this store. If you are not under contract, they will tell you anything. Please note that the transaction was not on the contract, but she put it in the system. My name is Danny D.

Gio was a great help very knowledgeable and patient. I am a new Sprint customer and I was very satisfied with his customer service. The staff is extremely nice. I was in the store until after it closed fixing my previous bill and getting everything in order.
