Crestridge Apartments

Beautiful, serene, well kept complex and large apartments but the praise stops there. The apartment flooring was either installed cheaply, or is need of replacement. I lived on the first floor and the noise from the floor boards above is AWFUL! You will hear everything, every footstep sounds like a stomp, and the floors creak and groan with the slightest bit of weight. when my neighbors come up/​down their stairs it sounds like they’re moving boulders! I’ve spoken to my neighbors above and have been to their apt and all they’re doing is walking around– so it’s not them. They even encouraged me to complain to the mgmt company, but they wont redo the floors in all of these units. Also, they do not require upstairs tenants to carpet 70% of the floor (like in other states). For the near $ 1800 rent, I can’t wait to move…
