Matt was so helpful! I got really personalized care, the kind you can’t get from a big chain store.
My problem was small, I bought a used printer that was missing a cord. They let me bring the printer down to their store, and try it out with the cord, just to make sure it worked, before I bought anything. They even let me use their paper and their internet. All for such a small purchase! They were helpful and friendly, I really appreciated it.

I have used Aplus multiple times the last few years with excellent results. Prompt, courteous, and priced reasonably. Recently I had a laptop repaired. A similar but unrelated problem occurred well beyond the warranty date. Todd repaired at no cost.

Great Service– Great Response Time and fixed the problem in under an hour.
I am a money manager for an International Bank in Palm Beach, FL. When I got into work today we realized that one of our computers would not turn on. It is very important for us to have our systems up and running to manage the portfolios that we are investing. I made a call A Plus Computer Solutions and they troubleshot with us over the phone and then sent over technician. He had the problem fixed by swapping out the power supply from another unused workstation in our office. He had the whole problem fixed just a couple of hours after my initial call into A Plus Computer Solutions. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. I would imagine that I will be using their service again in the future. They were very professional as well

Todd was great! He not only fixed my laptop (the connector to hook the power source to the laptop) but also made extra repairs so I would not have the same issue again due to Toshiba’s shotty design. He came to my office and picked up then dropped it off when he was finished. He even finished faster than what was quoted. On top of all that the price was very reasonable. I would definately use him again and suggest him to anyone needing computer repairs.
