First off, I’m 23. I’m not an elderly person, so I will write this review from the perspective of somebody older than 65. This is a condo complex that caters to those old enough to receive AARP. If you are a young person like me, you have to wait a while until you can live here.(The reason I’m here is to visit a family friend) The condos here are spacious and feature a kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and the complex features a tennis court and a swimming pool. Parking here can be a mess, especially if you are a visitor. The Palm Beach County Sheriff patrols the complex and tickets all visitors without a visitors permit, so be careful. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile of the complex, as well as a few parks, so this is not one of those retirement complexes that is too far away from everything to really be successful. If you are a retiree and are looking to relocating to Florida, check this place out.
