Not only did room service ignore the«do not disturb» sign just after 9AM, they came into my room after I said to wait a minute. I’m sorry but I thought check out was 11!!! Almost two hours later. They woke up my son who is sick and did not sleep well the night before. Awful experience and it happens frequently with all Hamptons. Signed– A diamond elite member that is not satisfied.

This location takes all of the regular quality amenities of the Hampton brand and moves it up a notch. Normally I stay at Embassy Suites, but they were unavailable at the week I needed to stay. I was surprised by this experience. They have a managers reception that has the same spread as Embassy(ok, in fairness Hampton uses cups for their wine and beer, but who’s complaining about free alcohol right?). Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice environments. Well done.

Nice hotel, convenient location. Located near retail shopping centers in West Palm Beach. Close enough to the airport. Entrance is located off the main cross streets — not an issue for me. Made it easier to exit in the morning. Hotel staff have been friendly and efficient. Rooms have been clean and well appointed. Overall a great Hampton Inn experience. Typical breakfast selection — cereal, waffles, pastries, etc. Walgreens, Longhorn Steakhouse, Duffy’s Grill(15% discount for Hampton customers), grocery store all nearby — walking distance if preferred. I will use this location in the future when traveling for business.

Stayed here overnight for a business trip in Palm Beach. It’s in a busy commercial shopping plaza with lots of food options within walking distance. Long Horn, Duffy’s, Thai, Japanese and even a Walgreens nearby. Plenty of parking and I think they also provide local shuttle service but we drove. The freeway access is only about 5 min away from hotel. The lobby was clean, modern and check-in was a breeze. They already had our assigned room when we arrived. Mine was on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. It was a cold evening so didn’t see anyone hanging out by the pool. My co-worker was put on the 1st floor but he asked to be moved to a higher floor cause you can hear the noise from the lobby. My king room was spacious. There’s a separate sitting area with couch, chair and writing desk. Bathroom was clean as well with fresh towels. The king bed was comfortable and the linens were also decently soft. Breakfast was also included. Decent buffet style with continental items, cereals, eggs, biscuits, fruits and of course, make your own waffles :) The mini fitness room was also located in the lobby. I was planning to hit the treadmill but all cardio machines were already occupied at 630am. Not sure how much my company paid for the night but will definitely consider staying here again. This is by far the most well maintained Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at.

Very nice. Clean, large rooms. Outdoor heated pool. Breakfast included. Not sure why but we scored a free room upgrade to a suite. Two flat screens. Five minutes off the thruway.

No TV and paying $ 200+ a night. Was told that cable guy left earlier and they were told that everything was working. Front desk said that they were told to tell guests to just press the up channel button until they get a working channel. That would be a great solution if it worked. I was told that there is nothing that they could do as the cable guy left. I asked if it was not possible for someone to troubleshoot with the cable company over the phone or at least call and inform them of the issue. I was told that was not possible. Really? That is what any homeowner would do. You have an issue you call and troubleshoot with the cable/tv provider. Well apparently that does not happen here. Keep in mind that this is during a time in the day when most cable/tv providers offer phone support. We are not talking midnight or 2am here. Please keep in mind that I have only staid at this hotel for two nights and this review is essentially a snapshot of my brief stay. The response to my issue was not acceptable in my opinion. This could be an anomaly or a training issue with the particular person I spoke with, and not representative of the hotel on a regular basis. That being said that is all I have to go by. I am giving the hotel two stars because the bed and pillows are comfortable.

This is an older property. Bed was uncomfortable and the bathtub didn’t drain properly, so you got to have other peoples’ filth at your feet. Appears to be in decent area but wasn’t easily accessible from the street. I would recommend going the extra few miles and staying in the Hampton Inn — Wellington, a much nicer property.

I recently stayed overnight for a business trip. I was so impressed. The young lady behind the counter was so very pleasant and welcoming, something I wasn’t expecting at all. Check in was a snap and my room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was yummy-eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice rooms with comfortable accommodations. Bed was nice but couldn’t get the temp to come down enough. Room finally got comfortable. Loved the pool, very relaxing. Would stay here again.

This was an really nice stop. The room was spacious with 2 queen size beds & a seating area. Although we were just there for an overnight stay, while enjoying the free breakfast(make your own waffles, biscuits & gravy, cheese omelet & other continental items) the view for the pool was beautiful. There were two Roman column corner areas that made the pool really inviting. Our room had a fridge, microwave & small cofee maker. Although we had 2 queen beds, each bed only had 3 pillows each. AAA discount accepted. Free wi-fi.

We reserved 2 non-smoking rooms. The rest of the rooms on our floor were smoking rooms and thus the whole floor reeked of cigarettes. The smell being so bad it was noticeable immediately upon stepping out of the elevator onto our floor. Though our rooms were non– smoking the foul cigarette odor from the hallway would penetrate into our rooms. The best hotel management could do was to spray the hallways with some kind of deodorant which would only temporarily mask the offending smell. Because there were no other vacancies we could not be moved to other rooms. Will never ever stay here again. If your a non-smoker and wish to avoid nauseating, allergy inducing odors DONOTSTAYHERE.
