Me friend and I decided to try a new place to eat, and decided upon Saito’s. Let’s just say we were very pleased! The rolls were delish, my Thai iced tea was killer, and the service was perfect. Definitely will be taking more friends here!

I knew this place had management issues from reading prior reviews, and the fact they ran out of lettuce on the salad bar that I wrote about on my original review.
So, I tried them again. This time NO CRABLEGS on dinner buffet. I asked if they were going to charge me the full dinner price of $ 12.99 since the major draw of dinner is the crablegs. Of course, the answer was no: «No discount at all, not even $ 2 dollars», I asked. Nope.
I’m new to the area and I was going to make this my main buffet place, but now I will work around the other places. The food here is still pretty good, with some good hits and a few misses. But you always have to be on your toes with a place with bad management. If that’s how they manage customers, how do they manage food prep, cleanup, and the staff? Waitresses seem super unhappy. I’m sure I’ll be back, but I’ll make sure the crablegs are on the buffet before I decide.

Walking into the buffet area, I could smell the sewage drains and it smelled like vomit. Had a very hard time picking food and therefore didn’t eat much bc that horrid smell. What I did eat was tasteless, old, and dry. There was no one at the Hibachi bar every time I walked by so didn’t try it. My husband enjoyed the sushi but the selection was small and only included those with cream cheese so I didn’t try it (don’t like those with cream cheese). Highly disappointed, and will NOT be going again. The only good thing was their large ice cream selection. Kids eat free if under 10 btw. Still that doesn’t make up for this bad experience. Too expensive for nasty food.

Good fare, better than most Chinese buffets, and prices are average to high.
Went today, bill was $ 15 for dinner buffet — but had those nice cold crab legs they put out.
Put $ 20 on the bill plate to pay the «Waitress» and I use that term very lightly, and she literally asked me ‘do i need change’.
Really!!! Do they think I am going to leave a $ 5 tip to the equivalent of a busser??? What arrogance! Does she think I am going to leave a 30% tip at a damn buffet? Comes back with my change with an attitude — left her about $ 1.50 or so which is to be expected.
Don’t think I really need that kinda hassle.

Been here a few times during my visits to Florida. All experiences have been great, food tastes yummy, selection is a good variety. The atmosphere is comfortable, however I have been cold there once or twice. The A/​C seemed to be a bit too much, which made eating a bit hard… because I was paying more attention to being cold then enjoying the food. Other than that it has been a good place overall.

Food was okay. Alot of it was cold. The desert had a weird taste to them. The sweet tea was actual the best thing. It wasn’t that crowded. And it’s not worth 14.95. maybe 5.99.

I have been there all the time. Too much complain but I never say any thing, but today the food was old the service very bad. My boy friend was mad so he doesn’t eat anything. We still pay and tip and the lady still complain about the tips. I think we need to tell the owner but we not because I get this is the last time we been there

Worst customer service I ever received. They even tried kicking me out before I was done eating. I asked them to explain why my bill came out to so much and the waiters got upset and gave attitude and raised their voice

Good selection of choices. The crab Rangoon and sushi selection is pretty nice considering it’s a buffet.
The place is a little old but the price and food make up for it.

If you want vegetables this is a nice place. There is a good selection of seafood and it was fresh. While most Chinese buffets have steambuns, this restaurant had 8 different types the day we visited. I frequent Chinese buffets due to the price and mix of foods and I would recommend this restaurant.

I don’t know why anyone would say anything bad about this place. This place is AMAZING. The food is superb, even the American food. Everything is SO good, the prices are reasonable, and the people are so nice. This place is great with something for everyone. Fresh, flavorful food. Great deal.

Delicious food, fantastic selection. My only complaint is the same complaint I have at most Chinese buffets: the sushi selection is terrible. I’m looking for more than just california and philadelphia rolls. While they did have some seaweed salad, they had a limited selection of «exotic» rolls (if you could even call tuna and salmon exotic). Otherwise, delicious and a good selection of everything else.

Three times I ate for free… not a good thing. The food is always old. The first time I ate there there were literally children sitting INSIDE the ice cream cooler. Second time a woman LITERALLY walked up to the pudding and leaned over and was eating out of the osn at the buffet like an animal with her mouth. (Which my boyfriend wad eating at the time.) This time which will be the very last my boyfriend LITERALLY ate a metal curly piece of a scrubby and vomited all over the bathroom. The owner tried to JUSTIFY this by telling us the cooks were drunk last night partying in the kitchen. Then she tried to buy us off with free meal vouchers and hide the evidence by wraping it in a napkin and put it in her pocket but we said we wont be returning.

It’s one of those dime a dozen large super buffets. The food wasn’t especially hot, but it was pretty good if you picked and chose. I just think these places could cut 2⁄3 of their menu easily and focus on making the other 1⁄3 that much better, because there are gems out there if you try a lot.
Had just a couple pieces of sushi — not bad. I really really really wish they’d label what they put out. I’d be FAR more apt to try them if I knew what it was, because I’m a sucker for cheaper rolls!

Had lunch here. $ 8.99 all you can eat weekdays. Food taste was average to slightly below average. Might have gone with 2 stars except for variety. Variety was good. Honey chicken was excellent. Dessert selection was excellent.

Absolutely one of the worst buffets I have ever been to. What the heck Unilocal!The food was mediocre at best and there were flies everywhere. It was so disgusting! We couldn’t eat! And the price was HIGH. Two adults dinners cost us $ 30 and it was INEDIBLE. To top things off they have a pond in the lobby filled with turtles and no filtration system so you can guess what the place smells like!

I had a very good experience at this restaurant. Waitresses are very friendly. Especially, the crayfish!!! OMG !! I love it!!! :) THAT’S MY FAVORITE!!! And right now they do have wifi. Also, the price is low. Low price for great food! why not?
