Room 145 in this hotel has bed bugs. After less than 2 hours in bed I woke up to find my bed covered in bed bugs. My body is now covered in bites. This room also had a musty smell which I now know is a bed bug smell. Ugh. Wish we would have turned around and left. Ruined our entire trip. Also, our room faced the highway and was super loud. In addition, the AC wouldn’t work. We will never stay here again. Followed up with the hotel today to get our refund. She informed me there were a number of rooms blocked off due to bed bugs. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Great hotel for how cheap it is. Allows dogs for $ 10/night. Big rooms, big fridge and microwave, and good tv. Breakfast in the morning was good, can make waffles, biscuits and gravy, n couple other things. Only down part is, the ice machine is out and they only have one for the whole place. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in West Point.

Horrible. Smells like cigarettes and urine from the moment you walk in. Got to room, it did not smell any better. The TV is from 1990. Does have mini-fridge and microwave but, honestly, did not have much of an appetite while staying here. Turned on the heater and the smoke alarm went off, went to the front desk and the lady said, «well you can just take the battery out, or just fan the air.» Wow. I was shocked. I proceeded to go back to my room and indeed took the battery out. However, the alarm continued to «chirp» for a good 10 minutes. Turned the heater off anyway because I did not want to burn to death. Barely got any sleep. Most likely will not stay at a Super 8 again.
