I’m very dissapointed in this store. It’s a neighborhood liquor store that doesn’t act very neighborly. And the beer and wine selection is not good.
But what I don’t like about it is the atmosphere. There is a lot of loitering by people who buy a bottle/can of booze and sit on stairs next to store. The store makes NO effort to clean up the loads of empty beer cans and bottles and old cardboard beer containers.
While the store is convenient and hours are good the store needs to do a better job of keeping things clean and making sure riff-raff is told not to drink outside store.
There has recently (Sept. ’06) been some customers harassed and assaulted by people drinking outside store.
All other neighborhood businesses seem to respect the neighborhood.
