When thinking of a creative idea instead of gift cards or flowers or even cookies for the holiday season for a group of teachers, you would think turning to a place like this would be a good idea. However it is only a good idea if you order online. If you are visiting the store to size up the arrangements to ensure you are ordering correctly, you would think you would be treated with some sort of outstanding customer service. Think again with this location! The people working there acted like they had better things to do than to service me and acted like they were doing me a favor. Plus they are an absolute mess since one doesn’t know the delivery schedules and the other is too rude to relay the correct delivery schedules. Not sure who these employee think they are but they need to look for new line of work not dealing with the public. Both of the two woman I dealt with on Saturday were a nightmare of just bad customer service. As for the arrangements, large enough but over priced and for the way I was treated, I think I will look for something different in the future and recommend to my friends that this is not the place to order from.

My Dad turned 80 today… the ppl at EA in West Roxbury took care of my order (8pm last night) and even managed to carve 8 0 in pineapple and place the numbers on the arrangement. They also made 2 attempts to deliver (Mom n Dad were out the first time). I felt like the staff and driver went out of their way and I would recommend this location highly. By the way my Dad was thrilled!
