purchased 2 pizzas at regular price. found a coupon at home for buy 2 get 1 free before even baking the pizzas(within 20 minutes of pick up). called in to ask if they would accept the coupon and a girl(named Happy?) said ‘no, the transaction has ended so we can’t honor the coupon.‘ if you want good customer service, don’t go here. Happy = unhappy customers

Friendly staff. Always ready when I pick it up. Pizza is always delicious. Its my Papa Murphy’s spot. If pizza was healthy I would eat it everyday…

Really nice people working. Really clean interior. The pizza was decent, but the«cheese bread» was bleh. Lots of pizza dough and hardly any cheese. Dry!

My first time eating papa Murphy’s so I didn’t know what to expect. We got the thin crust garlic chicken. Toppings were very minimal– very disappointing, very salty and extremely greasy. I had one slice and had enough. It was so gross. Never having papa Murphy’s again

Take and bakes are my kids favorite! I find this location to have better staff, better customers and better cleanliness compared to other Papa Murphy’s. The family that runs this place is very friendly and awesome! I wouldn’t choose any other take and bake, I would definitely make the drive here if I didn’t live so close by!

We just moved to West Sac. We have been to plenty of other Papa murphys and this one is not good. The pizza was fine but the problem is we ordered a Chicken Cesar salad. We only got one pack of dressing when other places give you two. Also we got no croutons what so ever and the lettuce was not crisp. Yeah there was barely any chicken too! We will go try the other one off of Jefferson.

This papa murphey’s is just ok. the food is good enough but in comparison to others i have visited this one is lagging a little bit. we got a salad and it was missing croutons, barely had chicken on it, and only came with one pack of salad dressing. the chicago style pizza looked smaller than usual and was very skimpy on the toppings. This one is closer to my house but i will likely drive to the once across town next time. They will give you more for your money.

I think I’ve gotten pizza from at least two dozen PM’s. I’m grateful that the two in West Sac are amazing and on the rare occasion something goes wrong they quickly correct the issue. At this particular PM’s they actually stayed open twenty minutes past closing because I was caught in traffic. I called them twice while sitting on 80 and the lady said it wasn’t a problem. I love this chain!

My first exposure to Take and Bake pizza was down in Southern California. Oceanside, CA to be exact. Yes, you read that right, we had a take and bake down in So Cal. Well, it’s not like it’s there anymore, right? Half the people down there don’t know how to turn on an oven, so the business wasn’t long for this world. But it was a Papa Murphys, and it was good. Ok, it was better than good. It was freaking Delicious. Best Pizza EVER. Like I said, the one down there in North San Diego County was closed. Much sadness. Then I moved up here to resume my academic career, and lo and behold, what is this that pops up in my mail box? Coupons? For Papa Murphys? SCORE! I always get the stuffed Chicago Style. I’m sure their other pizzas are good, but this is the best of all meat-on-bread-stuffed-in-ovens-covered-in-cheese worlds combined. Keep in mind you DO have to bake these things yourself, but heck, that means more beer to drink for dinner!
