Sunset Village

Ok these apartments were built in 1940’s so they have seen alot of people come and go. Not all of them so nice im sure. However this place is one of the BEST VALUE complexes in w.sac. The rent is $ 725 for a one bedroom (which is the majority of the apartments). The apartments are clean, secure, well maintained. Rent includes utilities, basic cable and the use of the community room with pool table, gym, pool and coin operated laundry rooms (2 on site). Some of the apartments are being remodeled and switched to solar (increased rent on those im sure) All of the units come with fridge, stove, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Pets ok!
Super close to shopping, restaurants, elementary school, day care and bus line.
With all that goodness here comes the bad:
The walls are super thin so i can hear neighbors music, tvs, video games, arguments thru the walls.
And the neghborhood is full of crack heads and homless people (im sure they Like the conviences too)
There are often folks dumpster diving.
The maintenance guys are a pain in my ass. The older asain guy is super slow and super rude! The office staff is ok although frankie can be rude sometimes.
