Yay food trucks! This place is a little more convenient and finding a parking spot isn’t so bad just bc its in west valley and you’re not having to fight for a spot like you normally do when the trucks are downtown. I don’t often visit the trucks when I’m at work in the city just bc the lines tend to get very long very fast. As Julie V noted, every Thursday the trucks come to west valley and are located at the Fairbourne station apartments. Parking isn’t as limited like I said, but seeing how it is by the apartments I do see angry tenants from time to time wishing that there wasn’t so much noise from 5 – 9 pm. Oh well. Now for the food. I haven’t been able to try ALL of the food trucks(although that would be awesome but my summer body tells me not to) but I do have my favorite Cup Bop! I love Korean food and as you know I always order protein style(read previous review on cup bop.) Hold the rice and noodles and just throw on that yummy meat on a bed of veggies. Prices for for each truck range from 5 – 10 bucks but I haven’t had any complaints. Lines aren’t as long here even if you don’t get here right when they open at 5 pm which is nice. Check this place out!
