I have had Uhaul install trailer hitches at other locations before and was always happy with the service. This store just ruined my weekend by over scheduling and their level of service does not match the usual Uhaul standard. To install an electrical harness was supposed to take an hour at 9 a.m. My wife showed up and was told to come back at 2 p.m. and to leave the vehicle it would take hours. Would have been nice to know that in advance. I recommend using the store on State Street in Murray instead. Much nicer experience and worth the extra drive.

We’ve used this place a couple times for truck rentals. The price has been fair. Reasonable service. Open on Sundays. Can’t complain at all.
