Really no complaints. Always have gotten take out, never have dined in. Food is always good.

This review was only for the bar. The latter was located at the right of the entrance. The $ 9.50 ‘Exotic Mai Tai’ was good. This Polynesian drink was their best cocktail according to the bartender. You could also have a customized drink such as a spicy rum with Diet Coke. The noise level was low. Thus, it was easy to carry a conversation.

The Mandarin is our family go to for Chinese buffet. We’ve been going there since back when it was in the center of town. The stars is friendly and the food is both delicious and reasonably priced.

So far my husband and I have only done take-out, but the chicken and broccoli was good and everything seemed fresh.

The food is good and the atmosphere is nice but every time I have been there the service is terrible. The most recent experience a co worker and I had the lunch buffet. The only interaction we had with our waitress was when she gave us our drinks and then our check. I tip for service not the bill. If I don’t have any service then I’m not going to leave a big tip. After signing we attempted to leave before we were approached by the hostess and asked to leave more of a tip. I ended up putting more money on the table because she wouldn’t let us leave. I most likely won’t be back in the foreseeable future.

We got boneless ribs, beef skewers, orange chicken and pork lo mein. The food was great and beautifully presented. Excellent service — water was replenished as needed(frequently for one in our party) and without needing to ask.

I’m visiting a friend around the area and we decided to come here for lunch. We weren’t very hungry so we didn’t have the buffet. I ordered a salad and a rainbow roll. It was above average. The salad was chilled and crunchy, and the roll was fresh. The décor is not your average Chinese restaurant. It’s pretty upscale and the service is great. You can tell the people enjoy working here.

Let’s me start by stating the good part: their customer service is excellent. The waitress Chinese girl is super nice. My friend asked for some vegetarian option and she didn’t know. She rushed into the kitchen and asked someone else right away. This gives us the sense of care and urgency. It’s good. The bad part is the food: It’s just average or below average. It’s super packed for lunch because they have buffet option. But frankly, there is no good Chinese food around this area so people sort of have no choice. Food quality is 2star in my book.

Good option for Chinese. Must go for Desserts and the oranges. Not much options for Veggies

2.3 Stars Sadly this place is in decline. The decorum is still nice but the food and the service don’t match it. They are even less authentic every year, bland taste is rampant. Tear open the staples in your takeout bag before you leave, many items go missing. They don’t reimburse you. Tired of putting items in their book to get a free missing item the next time. Lame. The prices are high and not worth the quality.

I came here for my birthday and it was Fantastic! It was late so not many people were left and we were able to sit at the sushi bar. We had 3 sushi chefs and a waiter to cater our needs and it was great. The sushi was 5star and everything was fairly priced. we have been back many times and every time is just as good as the first.

5 star for the lunch buffet, haven’t tried their dinner yet. Don’t wanna generalize, but they serve much better and fresh food than regular Chinese buffets. Clean sushi bar, manager was on duty and felt like we were valued customers. Salad and fruits were very fresh and their tiny little tiramisu was excellent! My only complaint was I don’t eat pork and all the pot stickers had pork in their stuffing, and even the egg rolls had pork in there, but obviously that’s my personal choice not eating them, still I think they should maybe put some other options with veggies or chicken inside. I loved their sushis, very delicious and they run out quick! oh you can ask for their daily soup, they’ll serve you on your table. I’d say the miso soup is to die for, as I’m a big soup fan! Good quality food considering a buffet. Definitely worth the price and looking forward to have many more lunch in there!

We have only ordered takeout from here, it is pretty standard American Chinese fare. We like the moo shu chicken and egg rolls.

I’ve probably been going here since I was a little kid. I’ve eaten here when they were back at their old spot closer to downtown Westborough. I don’t know if I would say this place is awesome, but it’s typical American Chinese food. It will always have a little spot in my heart for all the dishes I get here: orange flavored chicken, family style tofu, green beans. I’ve tried some other dishes as well, it just comes down to tasting all be same almost– which is no surprise from Americanized Chinese food. Their buffet is good, you get more options. But I also think it’s a little pricey. At the new location, they have sushi as well! I’ve also tried their other locations and it’s pretty much the same. So come hungry if you’re craving some Americanized Chinese food– I know I like to have some every once in awhile :)

LOVE their buffet. Wish they had it more often. The variety and quality of food is so great. The service is also very good. It’s a great deal for the price: you get soup, salad, a huge variety of Chinese food, sushi, desserts, etc. Wish they had wonton soup as an option. But especially love their dumplings, lo mein, and crab rangoons. Would highly recommend!

Mermaid shrimp and orange chicken were delicious. Lo mein, Singapore rice noodles, chicken kebab were good. Happy to see more chicken varieties in buffet, than any other Chinese restaurant that I visited! I wanted to try sushi but it was hard to distinguish between the veg and non-veg!!It would be good to have a name plates for sushi like others dishes.

Its chinese buffet, and sushi place. Not the best, not the worst. Service is ok. Full bar that isn’t shabby — upper and mid shelf booze, which is nice. But I wasn’t here to hang out at the bar — I had the buffet(because the diners I was with wanted to give it a try). Just like any of other chinese buffet. Will do in a pinch.

My girlfriend dislikes Chinese food. Dislike isn’t a word strong enough to exemplify what she feels, but I don’t want to swear. We went here last night and she uttered the words I have been waiting to hear ever since I met her: «I love this Chinese food.» I almost passed out from the shock and cried tears of joy. But luckily the aroma of the pork fried rice and beef teryaki in front of us kept me conscious. Their volcano(scorpion bowl for two) was potent and delicious, though she thought it wasn’t quite sweet enough, and I tend to agree with her there. But it’s alcohol, so I am not gonna complain about anything that is as strong and gets me a little sauced up like they do. It’s a classy place with more than reasonable prices. If you need to hear the words you’ve always wanted to hear from your significant other that doesn’t like Chinese food, take them here and the words will pour out.

It’s one of the better Chinese buffets I’ve been to, but keep in mind that it’s still a Chinese buffet. The food is at least kept pretty fresh. If you like this kind of place, you’ll probably like Mandarin
