What saves this place is the sweet potato fries and apple caramel flatbread. Took a while for us to get seated, place was not busy at all. Service was ok. Not great but ok. Salad bar wasn’t as good as I remember it being. Never got the biscuits, had to ask. I remember this place being a lot better than it is now. The booth i was in was falling apart /broken. also one of the door handles wax broken.

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch about 2 months ago. The place was really empty, but the staff still seemed flustered and disorganized. Service was slow and disorganized. The food was OK.

Very disappointed how this place has gone down hill. Our waitress forgot everything and lacked enthusiasm! Had to ask for water 3 times. She forgot my friend fries and had an attitude when we asked for that to be removed from the bill. Brussel Sprouts are horrible. They weren’t burned and covered in cheese. The salad bar has limited with choices. We also stood there waiting for someone to look at us so we could let them know that they were out of salad plates. What a disapointment. Tried this place 3 times now and I give up!

I’m the matter of a few short years this place went from one of our favorite restaurants to one that we will probably never frequent again. Besides removing many quality items from their menu and replacing them with low quality items, the prices have also gone up. I also found this particular location to be exceptionally dirty.

Had the day off and was craving a salad. I remembered that Ruby Tuesday used to have a pretty good salad bar back in the day. So I drove over 30 mins to Westboro to get my fix only to find the salad bar is «out of order» maybe it is but for some reason I feel like they just aren’t busy enough to set it up. Disappointed I left. This place won’t be here for much longer. On a high note the mandarin across the parking lot had a solid lunch buffet.

I used to love this place but lately is gone way down hill. It’s never busy so that should be s clue. I loved(as is past tense) the salad bar but westboro’s location hasn’t had one in over a month! It’s broken. What? Maybe they are so far gone they won’t bother. The one on Wrentham is still pretty good this one sucks

This is not the Ruby Tuesday’s to visit! The salad bar was very disappointing. Very limited items, and the ones that were on there were way too cold and too hard! The burgers are OK, but not much else is. The steaks are small, flat and poorly cooked. They are not seasoned, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were frozen. Finally, the staff here is not overly friendly. They do not care about good customer service, and do not focus on the guest.

Not even one star. What a horrible experience! The salad bar was atrocious. Very few vegetables and the other offerings were all smothered in mayo and pieces of ham. So unappetizing I switched my order to fish tacos. The fish was not fresh tasting at all. In fact, the lettuce and red onion pieces weren’t fresh either. I waited 10 minutes for a refill of water before asking another waitress. After waiting 5 more minutes without water and eating a spicy meal, I went to the bar to get my own water. The entire time I didn’t see my waitress once and the restaurant was nearly empty. My kids did like their fries. Other than that, it was the pits! I will never go back. Boo.

DONOTEATHERE! The most disgusting meal I have ever eaten! Both steaks were badly over cooked and the cheese on not so loaded potato was not even melted and cold!

WHATEVERYOUDO, DONTGOTOTHISRUBYTUESDAYS! So, me, my boyfriend, and my best friend were going out last night for dinner and of course no one could make up their minds on where to go so I started looking online. I came across Ruby Tuesdays in Westborough and everyone was down to go considering what used to be Ruby Tuesday’s in framingham was replaced with the 99 restaurant. So we all got ready and drove all the way to Westborough, when we arrived there was only like 6 cars in front of the restaurant which immediately I took as a bad sign but we gave it a chance anyway. When we walked in we we’re seated in seconds(considering how dead it was). After about 2o minutes our waitress came over and greeted us at our table, her name was Anna I believe and she was really nice and recommended certain dishes and seemed like she really knew what she was doing unlike the rest if the staff that were just twiteling their thumbs. We got a sampler for an appatizer which consisted of chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, Asian spring rolls, and cheesy fries. After being there for 35 minutes now we were starting to get annoyed but finally she came out with the sampler. We were all in disbelief, the sampler looked like something that was left out all day and reheated. The spring rolls looked nothing like the photo the chicken was good but the batter was burnt, the mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheesy fries were just disgusting. But we let that go and ordered our entrees, me and my boyfriend both ordered the ribeye steak and put our order in, then our waitress came back out a few minutes later to tell us they were out of that kind of steak and to pick another. Another 30 minutes go by and we get our entrees and we all stared at it. We went to at least try it and my friend told me her raviolis we’re very over cooked, my baked potato was hard as a rock and my boyfriend had a hair in his food, at this point I couldn’t take it anymore so we asked for the manager, we ended up talking to the assistant manager Andrew and he apologized greatly for the food and was very understanding and nice. He let us leave without paying for anything not even our drinks. The only reason why I’m giving one star is because our waitress was awesome but I suggest she starts looking for a better job because I’m sure she gets a lot of heat for others not doing their jobs correctly.

I had a wonderful meal and experience of lunch at Ruby Tuesday. The Asiago Sirloin Steak was really tasteful, more tender than the usual steaks at other restaurants. As one of the sides for the meal, I chose their salad bar — really impressive! Quite a large selection of vegetables, sides, meat tidbits — ALLFRESH(not sure why other reviews complained). Service was very good, appearance also excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Every thing we ordered… the kitchen seemed to be out of! The waiter was nice and efficient which is the only good thing about this place. The salad bar looks disgusting… And we went there for that. Didn’t even risk it… it was a total nasty mess. No thank you! The food was okay… I mean… it was edible. When you walk… your shoes stick to the carpet and floor… Filthy nasty place! We will NEVER go back!

We’re definitely not going back here again. The service was actually pretty good! But unfortunately the food was so awful that I can’t even think of any reason I’d ever return. A couple of examples: Chili Con Queso: the meat-eater and I both love chili con queso. For many years, since long before we met one another, we’ve been BIG fans of chili con queso. Whenever we order it, it ALL gets eaten. There are no leftovers to take home; there is nothing in the bottom of the bowl — we don’t literally pick up the bowl and lick it clean, but we love it and we always eat all of it. I mean, even at somewhere like Qdoba(which uses artificial color in its chili con queso), I’ve never failed to finish the queso. As I’m sure you’ve guessed by now, dear reader, we found the Ruby Tuesday chili con queso to be so awful that we just could not even eat it at all. A first for either of us, and not a pleasant one. Given that I’ve already admitted I’ll even eat fast food queso, I’ll leave it to your imagination to think of how a queso could taste so bad that I would not be able to choke it down. Oh yeah, and we were SUPER hungry. We had not eaten all day, and it was like six o’clock at night, and the queso was our appetizer, so it was the first thing that hit the table. Believe me, if it had been at all edible, we’d have eaten it, all of it, quickly and with delight. It was astonishingly bad. Salad Bar: it was pathetic. I mean, really pathetic. The mushrooms looked so gross that I didn’t even take any of them, and same with a couple other items, and as for the lettuce – it was a real chore picking through it to find a few pieces that looked sort of fresh amidst the brownish ones(most of the lettuce). I can’t remember what he got for an entrée, but I remember I got the ravioli and it was not very good. I would say, go somewhere else. Harry’s is pretty close and has much better quality food.

Ruby Tuesdays can always be counted on for a fresh garden bar and a delicious burger. Tonight I had the bacon and cheese pretzel burger. It was cooked just as I asked and came out promptly. I also went to the garden bar and even though the restaurant was slow, everything was well stocked and looked like it was just put out. My only issue was all the sweeping and cleaning going on in the area we were seated in. I understand and appreciate the need to clean but all the sweeping around our table caused my mind to contemplate all the particulates that may or may not be swirling into my french fries and diet coke. THAT I could have lived without.

I heard a voice while I was driving. The voice told me that I wanted salad and I should go to Ruby’s. So off to Ruby’s in Westboro I go. I know I haven’t been in for years; but dang it has a different vibe now. and different smell too! They should do some spring cleaning or just spend one morning with all the doors open to clear out that dang«haven’t cleaned forever» smell. I was so happy that it wasn’t like this when I used to live or work in Westboro! I landed my butt at the bar and ordered a bottle of Yuengling. She gave me a cold glass but I didn’t use it cuz it didn’t look too clean(smudges and smears). If I am going dirty, I rather slurp straight from the bottle! I eventually made my way to the salad bar buffet. I was surprised that there was no onions. I thought that was like a staple to salads! Whoever was tending to the salad bar didn’t keep it too clean. It was pretty much mix contamination and food droppings in the dressing containers. I always wondered why they haven’t switched over to bottles like supermarkets? It’s so much more sanitary! If I want a salad buffet again, I will find a different Ruby to go to.

This is a solid 3.5 star rating. I am very glad I decided to give this location another try. Came in on a Friday around 5 — they were not busy at all. Our waiter was amazing. He anticipated everything we needed and wanted and was right there whenever we needed him. He helped me chose between a couple options and his choice was perfect. I had the shellfish trio — not what I would typically order from a chain like this but it was surprisingly good. The lobster tail was cooked perfectly and the crabcake had a good amount of chunky crab and flavor. The shrimp were OK — no flavor but cooked right. The herb garlic butter they served with the lobster was a perfect compliment. The mango iced tea is still reason enough to come back here. I love that they chop the mango up small enough that it fits thru the straw. My niece had what anyone 12 year old would chose for their birthday dinner — mac & cheese and french fries. The mac & cheese was very good and cheesy! She told the waiter it was her birthday and they brought her out a red velvet cupcake. He told us that it is corporate policy that they are not allowed to sing happy birthday.

I used to go here all the time mainly for the $ 5 drink specials and the salad bar. It’s decent for a chain restaurant, the servers and bartenders are all pretty friendly and the prices are good. I don’t know how they are able to stay in business since it was almost always dead when I went in, and they’re always giving away free food during certain hours, but I’ll take it!

You know, all I wanted was to stop and pick up a dessert for us to enjoy at home. Called and ordered a couple of ‘Blondie’s for two’. Now, I do realize that Ruby Tuesdays is what it is, but still, I didn’t expect that picking up some ice cream and a couple of pre-made frozen brownies would be so difficult. My best guess is that since it was 9:30 pm the kitchen help was more interested in getting out of here for the evening than they were walking all the way back to the freezer to get a second brownie. After 15 minutes, someone came out and told the bartender that there was only one brownie. The bartender, Mike, had to go back and tell them that more brownies were in the freezer. Seems that it was a huge deal for them to look for more. Bartender had to go back three more times to see what was going on. Had I not already paid, I would have walked out long before… Over all a ’10 minute’ promise turned into 25 minutes for a dessert.
