We started off with the Chicago Fire Wings for our appetizer, our waitress told us these would be blazing but we were surprised when they were a little less than mild. The spicy bits were the jalapeño slices that were scattered throughout the plate. Be warned, I am an avid heat limit tester so my mild might be your hot but I am not convinced this is Uno’s best attempt at «hot wings». I was also tempted by the butchers cut steak with blistered tomato bacon jam. This is a dish that reminds me of my moms cooking. She cooks steak with vegetables such as peppers onions and jalapeños. The Cherry peppers were loaded on top of my steak with a jam like consistency. Overall the meat was a little dry and the blistered tomatoes were not the best pair for that cut of meat. I posted a picture of our meal, the picture on the menu definitely made it seem more appetizing. I enjoyed my dinner here, it wasn’t the best meal I’ve ever had but it was a nice experience. The restaurant atmosphere was relaxing and casual, and the waiters and waitresses are friendly. Great place to eat out late for dinner.

Restaurant smelled bad. Rugs have to go. Kids pizza crust was stale. Steak tips were ok but not very interesting. Caesar salad tastes good. Can’t think of a reason to go back. Not at all like the UNO I remember going to many years ago in Natick.

Lot if options. Menu itself is too big! Nice service. the tables are too small and cramped for 4 ppl food. I am from Chicago and I wanted to try Chicago classic deep dish pizza. Can never compare with the Chicago’s authentic deep dish. I felt UNO Chicago deep dish was little soggy. chicken Parmesan and herb-rubbed chicken are good to try.

UNO is a great place to stop in for food or drinks. It does not feel like your average chain restaurant because the staff is genuinely friendly and the menu is always changing(for the better) Greg the bartender is also the best bartender on the planet.

We have tried this place a few times, but never left satisfied. While the service is good, the food is mediocre and too cheesy.

So good! Friendly service and great food. Yummy drinks. The games on the table are a huge plus! $.99 to your bill gets you unlimited games.

Been coming here for about 6 years now and never been disappointed. Food is always good and hot out of the kitchen. Service is top notch. Greg the bartender is the most friendly one I have ever seen and always remembers my name when I come in. Overall, a great example of how an UNOs should be run. A+++

Use to love uno’s, but the pizza was very salty. Dumb waitress, ask her to tell the kitchen, easy on the«ice melt» blaaaaah!

Good food and great service. We called ahead and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival which was great for our 18 month old. Gavin, our server, was quick and friendly. We had the bacon cheese burger with buffalo cheddar and the arugula prosciutto pizza– both recommended! Couldn’t ask for much more!

Consistently good food and service, for regulars and families alike. Pretty healthy options if wanted and wait staff and manager are friendly. All around good hang out place and good for a pre-movie, post-movie drink and snack.

Great food! Great service! I enjoyed the wings and veggie sandwich. I made the mistake of ordering salmon at one visit(it was very dry) so I can’t recommend the salmon but the pizza, wings, salads and sandwiches are worth the trip! Diane was our server and she is the best! She makes tasty recommendations and is very family friendly!

Its Route 9 and usually packed but the day we stopped in — it was dead… Server was nice… You know what you are getting here… Unos is our go to weekend Kid visit as they have nuggets and make your own pizza!

We came to Uno for dinner and drinks. We were seated promptly after a table was cleaned for us. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating. We ordered fried zucchini to start and it was amazing. Our party ordered beers and the $ 5 special margaritas. We ended up sending the margaritas back because they were very watered down, not only from an alcohol perspective but the margarita mix also was lacking. The waitress took them back without an issue and took them off our bill. We ordered a pitcher of white sangria instead and it was still pretty weak, but better than the margaritas. Stick with the beer or wine when you come to this place as the mixed drinks are not up to par. The rest of the food was decent. I only got 7 wings in my order and although the menu didn’t specify how many came in an order, I would expect more than that for $ 9.99. The wings were also a little on the dry side. The rest of the food orders were accurate and decent. We also ordered the peanut butter cup and I highly recommend that. It was very good.

We arrived at around 7 on a Saturday evening. The wait was supposed to be 30 minutes, but turnover was slower than expected, so it took a little longer than that. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating and apologetic about this. We had the same waitress as our last visit, and she recognized us right away and greeted us warmly. She remembered that we had enjoyed the chips and guacamole, and she asked us if we wanted that again. We did — it was delicious! UNOs is not known for Mexican food, but their chips and salsa and guacamole are very tasty! The guacamole and salsa are made fresh in-house, and they taste like they are fresh! The portion size is also very generous. Two of my girls had pizzas. One of them wanted a pizza with no cheese. They had no problem with this request; the waitress said they get that all the time. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. I have had this before, and it’s quite a comfort food treat. The sourdough bread is Parmesan crusted, and the sandwich is nice and crispy. I also had the skinless bake, and that was also very good. It’s mashed potatoes topped with cheese, bacon, and baked in a ramekin until the cheese gets nice and melty. My husband tried the veggie pasta. It was his first time trying it, and he enjoyed it. It is something that he would order again. I am now making Healthier Choices, but the deep dish pizza is an indulgent treat. The waitstaff and hostesses are so sweet and kind. One of my daughters proposed that we come to UNOs every Saturday night. I don’t know if that will happen, but we will definitely be back to the Westborough Pizzeria UNOs!

«Woohoo! As Legendary as it gets!» firstly let me say I genuinely have respect for UNO Chicago Grill, they keep up with the changing times and economy and I always want to return. However if I was ever asked what UNO establishment sets the BAR of standards for the company it would be this location. There is not one single soul in this place that isn’t respectful, appreciative of your choice to dine and overall have the best courteous mannerisms. A great note for possible diners is that MANAGEMENT isn’t hiding in the backroom or office somewhere, he/she is ALWAYS out and about. This to me shows that the«higher-ups» want you to know that they want you happy and I have been asked multiple times«how is my night» by a manager who happens to walk up to my table. This location has gotten renovated a couple years back and it really compliments the dining experience, the lights are bright enough so you can see what your eating(BIGPLUS) and the colors compliment the choice of food with lush orange, red and yellow. It doesn’t jump out at you like the old style did but it also is bold enough to keep you company when your eating solo. I will note for fans of UNO’s Legendary Deep dish, whoever cooks here deserves a good raise because each pizza is solid 360 degrees. It doesn’t sag in the middle and the pizzas I have gotten have golden flaky crusts every time. For those who are looking for a meaner leaner pizza, the flat breads are very good and rounded, the chefs don’t leave a huge gap of crust like some other places do when you order a flat bread. Best Bang for you buck! Overall if you want a place to dine in the Northborough/Westborough area this is a top 3 choice hands down. PS: Lenini at the Bar is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and there is this other gentlemen who has a very lad back but super professional manner that just makes you want to stay and watch the ‘game AND those guys blabber about it afterwards”.

For an UNOs I’d give five stars Iike the Mexican stuff guac. Chili Nachos Great margaritas. I had the Sauza gold. Friendly bar and waitstaff makes me want to stay and come back next time I’m in metro west. Other than South Shore Plaza Braintree this is my favorite UNOs in Boston area. UNOs near Symphony was also great! Try the guacamole and the steak tips. Mmmmmmmmmm

Love the food, always excellent options. Creative and delicious. The new decorating style is a little plain, I like the old one better. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow, but overall I have had fabulous experiences there.

Came here with a group of friends on a Friday night. We were seated at a table right by the door — they were never on a wait once on a Friday night! The waitress was quick with our drinks and apps/salads. The food was good. I love their deep dish pizza… it is so different than your typical pizza but so good. They let us order chips and guac as an app even though its not on the menu. The guac was good and def made in house… it had a hint of a weird seasoning in it though — almost like taco seasoning. We stayed for over 3 hours but they never tried to rush or push us out the door — which is really great when you are trying to catch up! Prices are really good.

3 stars, casual dinning at its averagest. plus(i suppose) their lunch presence dictates a health feel, free apples when you leave, this citron water(lemon and cucs) gratis upon arrival. meh to both, but i guess if you are counting intakes, well what are you doing at a pizza chain? so i went with anti pizza, their sliders, fine i suppose, what was i expecting from a pizza joint? the appetizer comes with 3 sliders and fries. 3 is too many imo, i think you can get two off their lunch menu, but it reads like bicycle assembling instructions on xmas eve, so keep that in mind. plus one star for being earthquake proof
