Waste Management is totally unreliable. When they miss a pick up (and they will) they will blame you for not putting your barrels out on time (even if you put them out the night before your pick up day) The customer service team is completely useless. The people that you speak to are very nice, but they cant do a thing about any issues that you have. They cant contact the route manager to get your barrels picked up or do anything at all about the issue. Contacting them is a total waste of time. Find another option for waste removal, these guys are terrible.

I use them for trash removal at my rental home. The dumpster gets picked up as scheduled. Their website is fairly easy to navigate and pay my bills on it.
Their customer service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I have a problem that needs the help of an actual human, it takes at least two phone calls to resolve the problem. Unfortunately I re upped with them for another yer. Next August, I take my business elsewhere.
