Sleepy’s

We had a great experience at Sleepys. The customer service rep who helped us was Matt and he was very patient, kind and helpful with answering all of our questions – he even stayed past closing for us during a holiday weekend! This was our first shopping experience at Sleepys, but we will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thank you Sleepys and especially Matt for a positive shopping experience.

Hubby and were in dire need of a new mattresses. Our backs and hips are completely screwed up, the consequence of sleeping on a cheap 11 year old bed. We began our search with this location and was greeted by a kind, knowledgeable representative Matt. Knowing that hubby and I are picky and thoroughly before making decisions, we took our time check other locations before we realized we have found our destined mattress and the right sales rep! however due to Matt’s availability we ended up returning and purchasing the I-​comfort Serta Savant® III Cushion Firm, from Sharon. Sharon is an excellent, patient sales rep. Not only did she took her time we us, she made sure we were happy. offered many financing options as well. Now the only biggest disappointment was when an agreement was made on the delivery date being yesterday 04/​21/​2016, yet it’s now the 22^nd and still have my old crappy bed. I believe there was a huge internal misunderstanding because I even received a personal phone call from the delivery man, yesterday at 4 p: m indicating that we would be sleeping in our new investment within the next hour. Anyway upset about the customer support in terms of communication and promise. would’ve rated 5 stars if it weren’t for the experience with wrong delivery dates and failure on promise.

Checked this location out because I was looking to get a new mattress and they were having a memorial day sale.
I was helped by Matt who was great! He was very honest and helpful with choosing a bed. I ended up buying a comfortable bed for almost half the price.
I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Matt. He’s very knowledgeable and won’t pressure you into buying if you aren’t ready.

Stopped in to this location and was very satisfied with the knowledge, professionalism and honesty of our salesman Frederick H. I generally do not like being bombarded when I go shopping and Frederick was just great. he wasn’t pushy or forceful in our decision and was totally helpful. I will continue to do business with Sleepy’s and recommend to anyone looking for great quality mattresses at great prices.

Began our search for a good, affordable mattress today and expected to need to visit several stores before we found the right one to buy. Sleepy’s was our first stop, but we didn’t expect to find the best price there.
As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Fred Hall, who asked us some initial questions to figure out what we wanted. What we THOUGHT we wanted was Pillow Top, because what sounds better than sleeping on a bed of pillows? He asked why we thought that’s what we wanted, then had us try out a few models. As it turns out, Pillow Top wasn’t right, and what we really wanted was Foam.
We then talked budget, tried a few more models and found one we liked, although it was over our budget by a few hundred dollars. Thinking he might lose the sale, Fred went to work with his manager Chris and managed to get us an EXCELLENT deal, with free delivery and mattress protector! The deal was finalized quickly, and now we have a major moving-​related purchase out of the way two weeks before moving day.
Fred was friendly, not pushy at all, and listened carefully to what we wanted. As an added bonus, he didn’t bat an eye at two dudes buying a mattress. Fred moves around to different stores, so call Sleepy’s customer service to find out where he is on a given day; it is worth the call to make your purchase from a professional.
