I went there during the lunch time and there was no wait. I should have taken a hint from this. But I thought it’s a franchise and how bad can it be… Guys, get your shit straight. This is the worst TOGO’s sandwich shop that I have ever been to. The sandwich was not toasted and they drenched it dressing. Then they try to charge me $ 14 for an $ 8 sandwich.

Usually they don’t even start pick up orders by the time you get there. They aren’t even checking the printer. I’ve waited probably 3 different times for my food to be made after I got there(even 30 min after placing the order). That’s not how pick up is supposed to work. Aside from that they are one of the more cleaner togos. 1⁄5 for pickup. 5⁄5 for this togos food quality. 3⁄5 overall.

Incredibly slow and inept, as if no one cares that people are waiting in line. What’s worse is that it’s clear no one wants to work here. This is the absolute last time I will come to this location.

Their bread is not fresh. They can not even wrap their sandwiches. I don’t get this place. I just don’t get it

No better sand which shop than Togos. Jimmy johns, subway, Quiznos have nothing on Togos. Bread, meat, veggies are always fresh. Italian vinaigrette is homemade. Perfection.

Came here for a late lunch and the line was out the door. It did not seem they had enough staff working during lunchtime. Surprisingly the line moved pretty fast. They always seem to be out of my favorite: large #9 pastrami. It only takes about ten minutes for them to cook up a fresh batch. Maybe need to pick another go to. The Southwestern Chicken & Green Chili soup is really good. I wish they had a bigger serving size than what they offer. It is very lean(not a ton of fat) pastrami that they use which I prefer more than the fatty ones. Always tasty and I get to order it «my way» with mustard, black pepper and pepperoncini peppers. Nice lunch to get me through the rest of my day.

I’ve been a fan of Togo’s since before they started expanding from NorCal, so I’ve tried a LOT of the locations in the L.A.-area. One would think that quality would be fairly uniform from location-to-location, but that’s definitely not the case. This Togo’s location is my go-to spot for two main reasons:(1) the bread, meat & produce just taste significantly fresher than at other Togo’s locations; and(2) the staff here are friendly and attentive. On the occasions when I’ve ordered from the catering menu for large gatherings, I’ve received very good customer service. Don’t forget to check-in to get your free 20 oz. drink. Thanks, Togo’s Westchester.

I know how difficult it is to work in the food industry so I try to give people a break but I could not believe the lack of customer service at this location! I needed to get something quick on the way to the airport. One would think with the name Togo’s it would be pretty quick. Well there were 3 employees at the counter of which none asked if we needed any help. After 5 minutes they finally asked the customer in front of me if they could help. Then we were called up and having never been there before asked a few questions. All of which were answered in a rude«don’t you know the answer» response. The sandwich itself was what you would expect but the dining room was dirty. Overall if the customer service was improved it would have received 4 stars

Love the wraps, especially the Santa Fe wrap and the Chicken Caesar wrap. Haven’t tried much of the sandwiches honestly but so far they’ve been good. The staff here are always friendly. Only reason why I won’t give this place five stars is because I noticed that it wasn’t that clean.

I give this place only two stars because of their customer service. I have Saturday classes in a building right next to this location so at times I come here for lunch. I do like that they have a deal of the day for only $ 6, but the customer service is horrible. Most of the time the employees are to busy having side conversations than helping customers. The last time I was there the girl helping me was to busy talking to her coworker that she had to ask me repeatedly the same question. It seems like no one is ever in charge and everyone does their own thing here. Horrible, I wish there was a subway around !

This place is SO slow. This is my second time here and it took 20 minutes each time from start to finish… AND I was the second person in line(both times there about 5 people in the store). WOW, the togos back where I grew up was about 5 times faster than here. It would take about 5 minutes start to finish. Love the sandwiches, service REALLY needs work. Togo’s is really going downhill in the industry any way so I don’t doubt if they’ll phase out soon anyway.

I’m not a fan but we stopped by just to get some healthy options of subs. We got the veggie wrap and it was alright. Busy Westchester area but this particular spot was lonely. 3 sad-looking staff were present.

Staff is super friendly! But the real reason for this review is the Caesar chicken salad! Out of all the Togos I’ve been too, this is the ONLY one who ALWAYS has fresh romaine lettuce! I’m really picky with my salads so this makes me more than happy! It’s not just in the morning, I’ve been to this location at various different times! So if you ever want a fresh salad, with a super friendly staff, visit this location!

Togo’s offers a large variety of great sandwiches at an affordable price. I prefer eating at Togo’s any day over eating at Subway. To start, the staff at this location are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been eating at this location for over two years, and stop 3 – 4 days out of my week to grab lunch. The manager Genny is very friendly. Genny gets involved every day and does everything from make sandwiches, attend the register, and clean to ensure that the daily operations run smoothly. It is very clear that she cares about customer satisfaction and strives for exceptional service. In the event that an order gets messed up, Genny and her staff were always quick to address the mistake, and extremely apologetic towards the issue. I have not once been to this location and had a bad experience, even in the rare occasions that my order was done incorrectly. On top of a quality made sandwich, I really appreciate the staff as they are always friendly, and have a smile on their faces. After reading some of the other reviews for this location it appears that those individuals never followed up with the management at this location. Everyone should understand that mistakes happen. Just as we are not perfect in our day to day lives, issues will occur for any business. I understand the frustration with an order getting messed up, or other issues occurring. I would not go and write a negative review based on one bad experience, especially after eating here for over two years and personally witnessing how quickly and professionally the employees at Togo’s correcting issues as they are presented. If anything I would describe the action of the staff as going above and beyond whenever a problem occurs; not that there are many. I would gladly recommend this restaurant, specifically this location to others, and if you ever have an issue, no matter how big or small, ask for Genny.

Not half bad … Nor half good. Looking for a quick dinner, I popped in Togo’s for dine-in. Regardless if you get a sandwich to go or eat there, be sure to Check-in on the Unilocal app for a Free Soda. Free is always good, right? The Turkey & Avocado Sandwich on Sourdough seemed like the safest/healthiest choice. I like it when a place has the calories on the menu so I can remind myself to not get the Pastrami with double meat like my stomach was craving. They added Peppercinis and Jalapeños(upon request) to the sandwich for a little spice that I liked. The thick bread was so much more filling than a foot-long from Subway. Even though it was smaller and pricier($ 7.49 for 9″ sandwich) than Subway, I felt«fuller.» If you are on your way to/from LAX and want some food that is safe, moderate, ok, or whatever term for 3-stars you choose, then TOGO’s Sandwiches is a place to sit, watch sports on the TV and eat a satisfactory sandwich.

A friend suggested me to try this place if I wanted a quick bite. As recommend I tried the pastrami, but opted for the pepper jack pastrami. The difference is that it is toasted, and has pepper jack cheese and yellow peppers. As far as the sandwich went it was good. Hot, toasted, and yummy. I can’t have a pastrami sandwich without mustard, so I asked for some on the side. Next time I will ask for a lot of mustard with it too. As far as customer service goes it was okay. There was a line when I came it, but they didn’t take too long to get to me. My sandwich maker was nice and fast. As a Unilocaler I checked into Togo’s which unlocked an offer for a free drink with a purchase of a 6 in sandwich or larger. However, redeeming my check in offer was more difficult than it needed to be. So the lady that was ringing people up said she needs to ask the manager about the offer… fine. She comes back and tells me it has to be printed, I then explain to her that I don’t get this offer until I check into the establishment. She leaves again to have another person return to look at my phone. She looks and looks at it, and finally let’s me have the drink. The girl that made my sandwich commented that they should have just gave it to me. Then she got my drink, but then there is no one to ring me up. They were just there to look at my phone, why didn’t they just ring me up?!? So the girl had to yell to the back for someone to ring me up, and yell again before someone emerged. Finally, I could pay for my meal and eat it. It was too much lag time for a «fast food» place. Overall, sandwich good, but the employees need to be educated on any type of promotions they offer, most especially Unilocal! ;) Will I go back? Probably, but not immediately. I do appreciate the empathy from the girl that made my sandwich though. UnilocalREVIEWCHALLENGE #19/31
