Great place to visit, if you already train, and a great place to start, if you have never practiced Brazilian Jiujitsu or another martial art.
The environment is relaxed, the instructors are friendly and genuine. Everyone seems to be having a good time, and I always get a great work-​out!
Clean, non-​intimidating place with some tough and very technical folks.
If you want to stop by, I recommend coming in early and watching the kids sparring. Intense! Talk to the parents watching, hear some of their stories. I can’t imagine bullying EVER being an issue for them again.
Thumbs up, for sure. Highly recommended!
