Avoid, unless you wish to waste some money and you are into abuse. My wife stopped by with a Samsung P7510 tablet to be check out. I informed my wife, it will not happen as the battery will not hold a charge and without juice diagnostics will not run. But my 30 years of testing sophisticated electronics for the government had no sway. Now, I had decided to spend $ 40 to replace the battery, I was just unsure if I wanted to spend 15 — 20 minutes to do it. Given that, it’s a P7510 and that batteries are very available, the issue would be to pick the right battery manufacturer. We walked in, the person took the my wife’s table and attempted to do who knows what. Actually she never stated what she was going to do. Maybe check for stress fractures on the connector fingers? She then proceeded to say in scientific terms«it’s toast», but«I’ll give you $ 10 for if and you can buy this new one for $ 10». To which I informed my wife I’ll replace the battery. In response the sales girl, as her sale gets flushed, then stated«it’s soldered in». Granted I did not want to spend the 20 minutes to replace the battery, but I became resolved to do so after being lied to my face by this ignorant individual. So she flat out lied to our face then after my response that the battery was not soldered-in, she abruptly turned and walked away without a sound. Maybe it was because I am old, or maybe because I am a degreed Electronic Design Engineer? No, probably because were old so she thought we were by default, stupid, oops.

The people here are either incompetent or unscrupulous. They tried to tell me that a jetpack uses half the data for the same activity as compared to simply using the mobile hotspot feature. They also tried to conceal the monthly fee for the jetpack in pages of paperwork, claiming that it only cost 99¢, without disclosing that it would also boost the monthly bill by $ 20 for a mandatory two years, whereas the mobile hotspot feature is free to anyone on a current More Everything plan. They also failed to present and discuss the differences between the Edge program and paying the discounted 2-year pricing of the phone. When confronted on the phone, a female manager was obstinate and rude, and not in the least cooperative. This retailer is an independent retailer; stick with Verizon corporate stores. People at Verizon customer service have much greater latitude to rectify grievances for transactions at corporate stores, whereas their authority with transactions that occurred at independent retailers such as this is limited.
