Starbucks

Love this Starbucks. I go everyday and the staff makes sure my coffee is perfect and when it isn’t, they are happy to fix it. Everyone is friendly and they go out of their way to treat you to a personalized experience.

My review here seems to be for Starbucks in general lately. They cram tables together so one person takes room made for four customers. The recent remodel took away what made this location special. The «Walton’s family dinner table» concept is not to everyone’s liking, I’d rather have my own table instead of sharing a large table with others. The staff is friendly and a mix of old and new faces. That’s one problem, newer people that overcharge for coffee when you bring your own «green cup». I got tired of being overcharged do I was saying «tall _​_​_​_​_​coffee» and that mostly worked until one barista filled that tall size stainless cup only halfway. So no more green cups for me, I’ll use their paper cups from now on. Any of the regulars know what the remodel took away but that’s a Starbucks corporate decision not the management’s. I miss the old place.

Best Starbucks and service in the area. I highly recommend the green tea frappacino without liquid sugar.

This location is hard to enter and leave without fighting traffic. They do have a drive thru that I was impressed by. It took a few minutes to achieve my caffeine fix even when the line was long. The barista got my drink and fulfilled my request with a smile. Can’t complain.

The worst service ever! Waited 26 minutes in the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon and my drink STILL wasnt ready. no apology or offer to comp the drink until I asked. Barista Sara had an attitude. Was my favorite location. Not anymore!

Waited 20 mins for a skinny hazelnut latte on a Saturday afternoon… slow service, staff doesn’t seem to care.

This is my go to Starbucks location. Staff is always really nice and drinks are made consistently.

Always get my order wrong. I went through the drive thru and they got it wrong so I went in for them to remake it and they remade it wrong again. They were rude and made me feel like I was a burden even though I didn’t make it wrong twice. It took 30 minutes for me to get my correct coffee. I will NEVER go here again. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Love this Starbucks! Friendliest staffs and they make the best coffee. Always get it right. I love how they remembers my drink. It shows that they care about their customers. One of the best Starbucks for sure!

I guess today’s not my read-​a-​book day. I changed coffee locations because the previous spot was about to start live music and was getting louder. After 2 minutes of arriving at this location, I told myself, «I might as well just put the book down and start listening!» Because it was fairly loud in there, not because of the customers, but the employees – they must think that their stories need to be heard.
Let me start out by saying this: Although it was louder than I hoped it to be, it was nice to see the employees work together so well. The vibe here is lively, chatty, and bubbly. They constantly joke around each other and gossip about their eventful lives.
What seems to keep this location up and running is that while chatting loudly, they multi-​task so well it almost seems like they’re faster than any other Starbucks. At first I thought their service would be very slow, but it’s just the opposite! They help each other out so that everything runs fast and smooth. I was very impressed with their teamwork and the atmosphere they create. They seem to remember half the customers who walked in when I was there!
Even though I’m disappointed that I didn’t get to read much, I will probably come back to this location because it’s very spacious – around 30 seats? I’ll just have to take the seat far away from them to minimize the noise.
I gave ⁴⁄₅ stars because although it’s not the best place to read, the service and atmosphere was awesome!

I can never make up my mind about this place. I had a strange experience before (see previous review) and now I’m back today and I’m finding some things I’m not fond of. First of all it’s a lovely day outside and they have the AC set to 62 degrees. It’s way too cold! So I go to the outdoor seating and the Wifi doesn’t reach outside, plus there’s no plugs (not that I was expecting any) so I grabbed some sweater hanging out in the back of my car and came back in. If it wasn’t for the fact that they are one of the few Starbucks around that have super soft seating they would’ve gotten a one!

The best Starbucks in Ohio! They have the friendliest, kindest, best employees in town. They are incredibly fast, and their service and preparation cannot be matched. The only downside is the location; it’s kind of at an odd spot and can be hard to get in and out of due to traffic… but who doesn’t like an adventure?

Coffee, check. Hot, fresh and fast, check. Just another Starbucks to me.

Best location for Starbucks because there is a Half Price Books right next door and you can go there, buy a book for $ 1, and then sit here and read and drink coffee all afternoon!

Coffee is decent, though I wish they would include more safe options for those with Celiac Disease. Black coffee or coffee with milk is fine, but it would be nice to have something more exciting.

I hate Westerville. No, really — I do. I even wrote a 1-​star review about how much I hate it. But this Starbucks is my saving grace now that I have to work in Westerville.
The folks here are really friendly, and they move people through the lines at lightening speed.
And my drinks are always perfect. That’s what it’s all about, right?

Very nice Starbucks! Looks like it used to be a bank building so the seating area is large and spacious.
Very friendly greeting upon entering… I like that! Shows me you care at least a little bit about your customers if you take a second to welcome them.
I tried the breakfast wrap for the first time… Very tasty! Whole wheat wrap with feta cheese, spinach, tomato and an egg. Sounded healthy — tasted great.
Anyway, a larger Starbucks than most, super friendly staff, and most importantly,
Clean Bathrooms!!!

This is such a great place for one-​on-​one meetings, and a great place to unwind in between church services :)

It seems slightly heretical to be writing a review of a Starbucks as I sit in a Caribou, but whatever.
The boy and I came here yesterday because my aunt and uncle (who unfortunately live in a state bereft of Caribou) sent me a gift card for Starbucks. He went to order, and I prowled around looking for a decent sized table near an outlet. Although this Starbucks is a decent size, it is not a great layout for group study. There are nice cushy chairs filling one corner, and plenty of small round tables, but only a couple of tables big enough for two people to spread out with all their requisite books and laptops — and one is at the front window without access to a power outlet. I also noted that a washrag was left on one of the tables, and the door to the back storage closet was left wide open with light and a good draft spilling out. Supposedly one should be able to access two hours of free wifi with a registered Starbucks gift card, but I wasn’t even able to connect to the network for more than a couple of minutes at a time.
I really wanted to like this Starbucks since it is convenient for both of us, and seemed like it would be a good place to study, but I guess I’ll just have to keep looking.
