I am new to the area and I have never been to a Tim Hortons. And I must say I won’t be going back. The service was so slow and inefficient. It was painful to watch. Honestly, I’m the type of person to overlook bad service if what I ordered is tasty. What I got was not. The espresso drinks are made by pushing a button. There is no craftsmanship. That would even be ok if the end product was good. I order an iced latte. I was not asked what kind of milk but for most places their default is 2% sometimes whole. She took a carton of skim milk that was sitting on the counter for God knows how long and filled the cup to the brim. It was gross and watery. My husband got a mocha latte which is basically watery hot chocolate with a shot of espresso. We stopped in to grab a couple of drinks since we had 20 minutes to kill before we had to pick our son up from school. By the time we got our drinks we just made it in time to pick him up. That’s how long we waited for our disgusting drinks.

My kids love the Tim Bits so I I keep going here expecting a different experience. But almost every time I’m there we have too play which donuts are actually available today. It’s a donut shop, why are you out of chocolate donuts? I’ve had the manager walk away from me to handle something else in the middle of an order, without as much as an excuse me and even with the new two lane ordering system I still seem to have to wait way too long when I use the drive thru. I’ve passed this Tim Hortons on my morning commute just to go to another down the street. Maybe I’ll try them again soon and update this review…

Multiple mistakes make consistently. Keep thinking it has to get better. Equipment breaks down and they either take forever to fix it and even longer to replace yet tell customers it will be up. and running the next week… literally 6 months… No smoothies… But its still on the menu. This franchise is obviously lax in its standards.

Each time I have been to this location recently they have not had what I ordered. However, this was not a problem in years past.

It would be nice if the employees could pretend they want to be there rather than being short with customers and bored looking. Of course the food is good as always.

Stopped by on an overnight drive from STL. At 4:30 am went via drive-thru and ordered coffee and donuts. Some poor stressed-out woman informed us they had no donuts… The coffee was excellent, as expected but I was disappointed as we waited to hit this specific store on our long trip and left without our donuts which were intended as a gift for our hosts.

I like Starbucks just like every other American, but the one thing they don’t have… iced hazelnut cappuccino. I rarely get fast food, but every once and a while, driving home from my boyfriends house on a Sunday morning, I just have to stop here and indulge in a little slice of heaven.
