Chipotle Mexican Grill

The usual chipotle atmosphere. Good food long line and no where near enough seating. This is a new location but the staff is very very friendly!

Amazing Chipotle. The staff know what they are doing. People mentioned feeling rushed. Have you seen them at their power hours? It’s a mad house in there and they have to move quickly in order to satisfy their customers. I have formed rapports with many people on the staff at this location since I used to work in Westfield. They are awesome, and always go above and beyond in terms of service and dedication. One time I got a catering order from them, and the manager brought the food to my car! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I like Chipotle, but this location on the day we went to eat clearly lacked good management. Staff was flighty, uncoordinated but very nice & friendly. One staffer sprayed something on a cutting board that put a mist into the air over the food serving area and the other staff took him to task quite vigorously but in a friendly manner and yet they took zero precautions to cover the food. Anyway, delicious food as usual and we haven’t died due to bacterial infection so I guess no harm done but I wouldn’t buy their stock anytime soon!

This location certainly does cheat on portion size as others have noted. Most recently: an employee actually was NOT going to top off/​finish filling my guac container. I’m like, dude. I’m paying extra for that! Don’t skimp on me!
The place is usually filled with rowdy teenagers at witching hours, and often around lunch/​dinner time the whole place is quite noisy and over crowded. But nothing, and I do declare NOTHING makes me as bitter towards an establishment as skimping on portions.

Second time in a row using the online ordering system to pick up food at a set time and I could have gotten in line and ordered my food faster. I showed up 10 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup time and was ignored for 3 – 4 customers in line to pay for their food. When I was finally asked if I’m picking up food, they then decided then to start making my order. It still took another 15 minutes for them to make my food. Can’t wait for the Clark Chipotle to open.
Continued horrible service at this location.

Menlo is better

In comparison to other outposts of this chain, the wait time is nothing to complain about. The lines move quickly and the staff are efficient. But that doesn’t save the quality of the food. Everything I get here, whether a bowl of burrito, is always cold. Considering how quickly you go from the line to the table, that’s ridiculous. They are also very stingy with the portions as others have complained about and usually the black beans are uncooked. Quite glad that a new store is opening in Clark just a few miles away and hopefully they’re quality standards are higher, which will push this location to actually try harder and not just give the bare minimum as people won’t have to take what they are given when other options for the same food are just down Central Avenue.

Personally, I avoid this Chipotle at all costs bc they never gave me enough of anything. They give maybe ½ of what other chipotles give. I can never finish a burrito bowl at any other chipotles (usually I can only finish half and then I’m soooo full), but here, I finished my bowl and was still hungry for more! Very, very disappointing.

Eh. This place is only okay. I am not sure exactly what the craze is. Food is really just okay.

I love writing positive updates, and I have to give this one to Chipotle in Westfield! Way to go, Chipotle of Westfield! Last few visits here have left me super satisfied. Portion sizes have improved (though sometimes I still have to ask for more!). Lines moved quickly. Some prickly personalities are either gone or working different nights. Overall good location.

This is one of my favorite Mexican food! I always order my favorite beef burrito. One of the issues i have is the amount of time i am waiting online. On my lunch break i would love to go there and grab a burrito, but the amount of time i need to wait to order will be the majority of my break. (ordering over the phone my burrito is never satisfying and miss an ingredient)
I always need to ask for another scoop of rice otherwise my burrito doesn’t seem as full. Great quality of food just need to be a little more generous on serving of food.

Everyone is super nice! But they can be stingy when giving food! I always have to ask them to put more because it is never filling!

In general, I like Chipolte restaurants, but I’d like to warn others to avoid this location. I went there for lunch on 4÷10÷15, and a day later I was very sick. The food must have been contaminated or not handled or stored properly. I will never go back to this location.

I’ve been to a few Chipotle and this one is at the bottom. Old tomatoes (yes when it looks mashed it’s done) and day old meat. The rice didn’t even have that fresh zing to it. I’ll continue to give the one by my home business but not here. If you ask they heap on the salsa and sauces to distract that there’s barley any rice just ask for a little otherwise you’ll get a plate of condiments.

Looking to eat better on the go? Salad bowl + peppers + black or red beans + chicken or steak + pico + guac + more lettuce! BOOM!

Usually this place has great food, and a quick tip: always ask for a little more of chicken or rice or whatever you want, they give you small portions yet are not unwilling to comply with customer desires. I recently ate here and the rice was hard and uncooked; the manager refunded my money: great customer service.

If you like chipotle this one is a good one. Clean, fast, consistent, healthy and cheap.

Look, it’s Chipotle, you already know what you’re getting so I don’t need to get into the food quality… it’s delicious as always.
However, this is a very strong Chipotle because the lines are typically shorter than most Chipotles out in this area. Plus, there is a parking lot right behind it so it’s easy to get in and out.
Employees are nice, food is good, the place is clean. No complaints.

I’m only basing this review on the fact it is basically Mexican fast food. I must confess though… I find myself at Chipotle more than I would like to admit. You get a lot of bang for your buck at Chipotle and the food is actually decent in quality. I like the fact that the ingredients and menu options are pretty limited. Steak, Chicken or Pork… more or less unless of course you are a vegan. I usually opt for the bowl platter. Brown rice, pork, peppers and onions, pinto beans, hot sauce, a dollop of sour cream, cheese and a heaping pile of guacamole (best guacamole around). That’s it… a pretty simple meal that will guarantee to make you feel full and want to take a nappy… All for 10 bucks baby!!!

1^st time at the Chipotle in Westfield, and it was decent. Food was fresh… they had brown rice, which was nice. I usually get a burrito fajita bowl with chicken and black beans.
Have to top it off with mild, hot and corn salsas!!!
Would definately return to this location.
