I spoke to Dr. Hanzelik for about 15 minutes regarding a mutual patient he had not seen yet for an urgent case. Right off the bat he was very arrogant and condescending, despite not knowing much about the ocular structures (eye), diagnoses and treatment. Which was surprising since he is listed under «Urgent Care.»
He ended up asking me lots of question about how I am handling the case, which he had not a clue about, then advised the patient without even seeing her. My recommendation is to find someone more knowledgeable and humble.
