I’m pleased that I get to be the first review of 2016 for Melissa and her sidekick, Courtney. I walked in with a VERY small order and I was treated like I was buying a Super Bowl Trophy. Courtney made a couple of great suggestions (which I accepted). I was told that my VERY small order would be ready in a few days and since I was not in a hurry I said «No problem». They called me the next afternoon and told me it was ready. I believe that’s called under-​promising and over-​delivering. What more could you possibly ask for?
To top things off, they are both incredibly nice people.

I’ve been going to Oakbrook Awards for a number years to get awards made for my business (employee of the year, etc…). Their service is always impeccable and the quality of their work is always perfect. Furthermore, since I am not at all artistic, they do a great job in arranging the text on the awards to make them look extremely professional and personal. They are extremely honest and in my opinion, very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any custom engraving work for awards and trophies!
