HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BOTOX!!! Dr Sabrina Saifuddin injected near the under eye area with botox to cure «bunny nose» creasing and injected under the surface of the skin causing a puddling infection that made the eye shut. My entire left undereye was swollen so bad at day 2 & 3 i went to Kaiser URGENT CARE got the strongest 3day antibiotic Zpack then 12 days of penicillin. I also had terrible brusing at all the injection sites near crowsfeet. The doctor assumed I was in an accident. No return phone calls would not credit my money. back after i spend $ 120 doc, meds missed 2 days work. Her answer was” Botox is always a risk we take you can never really predict the outcome, you signed off on it.” REALLY!!! Shame on you Dr. why not admit your lack of experience, credit the money and possibly keep the integrity of the rest of the employees? Anyone can contact me for pictures. I thought I was in good hands judging by the area. Please BEWARE its not worth it go to someone you know. She puts a bad name for Groupon

I would give a zero stars if I could. Bought a Groupon for Radiesse. I wanted it to fill in lines on my forehead and and another spot between my brows that needed a filler not Botox. She said that’s not what it was for. Ummm? She said she could do my lips. I said I didn’t want my lips done. She would only do my lips. She is a Psychiatrist who is CLEARLY not qualified to be doing injectable. After doing my lower lip I told her one side was way fuller. She didn’t agree but put a little more in the other side. I was left with uneven lips and lumps and bumps all in them. After 1 month the product was already gone visibly although I can still feel the bumps. Horrible DO NOT GO THERE FOR INJECTABLES EVER! yOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BOTOX OR ANY OTHER INJECTIBLES. I had a Groupon for Dysport but decided to have Xeomin instead. The doctor is a psychiatrist, not a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. She is not skilled with injectibles.
During the procedure, my left eye started to swell and bruise. The doctor started pushing very hard on the bruise, which made it much worse. I ended up with a black eye for over a week.
Also, due to her inexperience, BOTH eyebrows drooped significantly which made my eyelids look very hooded. I have had injectibles for years and never experienced these problems because I went to EXPERIENCED doctors.
Only remedy is to wait for 3 months until it wears off.
So sorry I tried to save money using a Groupon for this.

Do NOT use! Left me with a droopy eye which today should not happen! This person is not well qualified for these procedures. There were other issues, but this is BAD. I hate the way it looks and it’s just before the holidays! The only solution «wait 3 months.»

I had a horrible experience with this place. I purchased a bogopod to get 4 herbal wraps. They had a group of us there and the assistant was taking our measurements and weight and when I come out of the room they are announcing weight and talking to us like we don’t understand diet and exercise. Fine, ok. Then when it’s mine turn to the wrap applied she says some very insulting things during the process. I am tempted to ask for my money back and go somewhere else where you can be treated with kindness and respect.
