This is the best salon that I have ever been at. Christina is very meticulous and truly cares about her clients. She is the only one I will trust from now on to work on my hair. I get a haircut, highlights, and waxing. If you want the best of the best to do your hair, then choose Christina at Lynette Sciulli Day Spa.

Let me start off by saying I can be pretty picky about my nails. I bought the shellac manicure Groupon so this was my first encounter at the salon. Christina did my shellac manicure and she did an awesome job! She was a fast and meticulous. Good color selection. I will definitely go back

I’ve been having Katelyn do my shellac manicures for months, and I truly look forward to seeing her, and enjoying the beautiful results every couple wee ks. All the staff is very professional and kind, and I always tell others on the west side about this business.

I purchased a Groupon for a spa day for my wife and she arranged for 4 of her friends to purchase the same Groupon and set up a relaxing spa day. She called this spa 3 months ago and scheduled the day and even received a confirmation text message. When they arrived today the owner said they did not have the reservation and there is nothing they could do for them. My wife and her friends took time off of work to have a spa day and used vacation time that they could have used anytime but they chose to use it for this spa day. They asked the owner what they could do and she told them to get their money back from Groupon.
I understand people lose reservations or make mistakes but you should not treat potential return customers disrespectfully as if they are the ones that made the mistake. I am not a business owner but turning away customers and telling them to get a refund seems like bad business. I did take the owner’s advice and ask for my money back from Groupon

Omg! This has to be the most unprofessional and terrible business I have ever had the bad luck of encountering! No wonder there was a Groupon for it! No one in thier right mind would spend full price to go here! The owner is extremely rude. Made an appointment 2 months ago and when we got there today we were told the computers were down sorry about the 4 people for the birthday party we had but oh well nothing they could do. If we wanted to reschedule we could. Umm I had to take a vacation day off of work to go there, no I am not rescheduling, I want my money back! Oh well sorry again but contact groupon, because the owner does not care! Please do yourself a favor and do not go here!!!

I used a Groupon for a Shellac Manicure. I guess you get what you pay for. I don’t know how this place is considered a spa, there’s nothing relaxing about it. The manicurist stations are feet from the front door. On a day with temperatures in the teens it was uncomfortable to say the least.
I was given the pallet to select a color and they were currently out of my first three choices. I ended up with a color that wasn’t remotely close to what I wanted.
I booked my appointment over my lunch. My manicurist arrived for her shift five minutes after my appointment was to begin. Her tardiness and her having to stop to book an appointment for another client due to the lack of receptionist, meant I was late returning to the office.
Finally, according to the license taped to the wall beside my manicurist’s station… her license expired three wks ago.

Very friendly staff and the quality of service is excellent! I have been getting my haircut there for more than a few years now.

Had the worst pedicure here, given by Rita. She rushed the whole experience, cut some of my nails so short they were slightly bleeding and some of the others were filed cooked. The massage was weak & I never received the hot towels on my legs after the pumpkin scrub. Like I said, horrible pedicure! Not to mention the polish started chipping after a week… usually polish lasts a month or longer on my toes. Will not go back to this salon again. Save your time and money, pick another salon.

I cannot say enough about this business. Professional, exceptional service, skilled and caring staff. I have been back with and without discounts. Its a wonderful spa.

I had my first spray tan ever done ysterday and it came out great! Lynette was very patient with me and even offered to fix what I perceived as done bad. I have only done sun tanning and bed tanning therefore, I was really not used to spray tanning and how to handle it. But the color is spot on and the job was well done! Thank you Lynette!!!

I was a little hesitant about using the face value of my Groupon, as I had read other reviews that weren’t great, but it was a very nice experience. I did have trouble finding a date that worked, but I think that’s because it’s a pretty small place and they don’t have a large staff — I wasn’t able to find a date for several weeks.
However, I had no problem using the face value of my Groupon, which had expired, and I received an excellent massage. I’ve been getting massages for many years, and this one had the right amount of pressure and she attended to the areas where I was having pain. In fact, I even signed up for their monthly deal for a massage or a facial.
I did not experience any of the ambient noise issues, but maybe I’m just getting old and my hearing is going…
It’s tricky to find, as it’s one of those little shopping center/​office complexes that’s perpendicular to the street.

My husband got me a package for my birthday and I enjoyed every service that I got. The facial was excellent, the young lady took her time asking questions and giving recommendations. My massage was the best I have ever had. My manicure and pedicure were relaxing and my polish lasted a week on my nails and I usually don’t even make it to day two without a chip. I overall really loved every bit of it. The only con that I can think of is that the décor was not as luxurious as I expected though I have been to places that were more plush but didn’t provide the quality of services that this place does. I will definitely return.

Had the Champagne and Roses Facial as a groupon coupon. Had no idea acid treatment was part of the package. It is listed on website– not on groupon. Two days later my face is still red and irritated. Have had plenty of facials around the Cleveland area. Will not go back here. Buyer beware. ALSO, my friend had a manicure which was chipped off several fingers the next day…

I have been going to this spa since October. I love the way that Erica does my Shellac… always eager to try new things! Tonja’s massages are extremely relaxing and Rita provides a great looking pedicure and spray tan! All my experiences have been fine. I appreciate the lower prices. As any business person can understand, keeping overhead lower means better prices for the customer. That being said, on line booking is fine for me. EVERY time I have made a call to the spa I receive one back within 24 hours. I also love their products. Having many allergies myself, they provide several product lines that are perfect for sensitive skin.
Although the spa is smaller, I love the atmosphere more so than some of the larger spas that just process you through your services.

I have been really happy with my manicurist Melinda. She is really nice and does put effort into my nails. I had French tips done for my wedding and she really tried to make them look perfect– and they did!
My husband goes to Lynette and says he really likes the haircut service. We both had the same complaint though– too much salon gossip! The other employees sit in the same area (it is a small salon) and shoot the shit. Sometimes that can just be annoying! Their online appointment booking system was also challenging to use and messed up for me. It can also be a bit underwhelming to try to contact them by telephone– not always the «nicest» response.
I have also had a spray tan there which was fine.

I bought a Groupon for my mother, that included facial & massage.
We were able to split it into two separate days to fit with our schedule, which was great. My mother absolutely loved both treatments she received, Lynette performed the facial herself, she was very knowledgeable and had a great and caring personality.
We were both very pleased with all the services. Staff was very helpful. We will be back for sure.

I bought a Groupon which included an hour facial, an hour massage, a manicure and a glycolic foot treatment. Took forever to book an appointment.
1-​arrived on time but had to wait 20 minutes for a room to «clear up».
2-​during the massage, I could hear all the chatter going on in the front room, very distracting
3-​Facial was done by lynette, who was obviously over booked and rushed through my treatment
4-​worst manicure of my life, no massage, no soak, just a file, trimming cuticles, and base coat of polish. I asked for clear polish, not just a base coat which chipped off the next day.
5-​after I left I realized none had given me the foot treatment
6-​worst of all, I tipped 20% for each service based on the actual price of the service, not the groupon price. The woman who did the card transaction tipped herself and lynette extra! When I got home and checked my receipt I could not believe that after tax and the supposed 20% tip I was over charged $ 7. I didn’t bother going back over$ 7, but I certainly won’t be going back again period.
Also keep in mind that the photo they use is not actually the salon, at least not any part of the salon I saw. There are too many stations going on in too small a place. There was no spa atmosphere at all. I’ll stick with David Scott from now on.
