Second time coming to Miami Nights and it was even better than the first! This place is so lively and upbeat. The food is phenomenal… I loved my Miami nights Pasta dish! All the employee are so friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Pretentious staff. Selfie central. $ 10 cover. I ended up with a bartender who had to check how to make my drink — a caipirinha. Ended up tasting like a melted popsicle, so I went back to order a shot of WELL tequila so I could have some alcohol in my drink. After being looked over for 5 minutes, I was finally served and cashed out. MYTABWAS $ 14. FORONESHOTOFWELLTEQUILA. I also got take out food, which after talking to several aloof staff members, found out could only be ordered at a certain bar, and was limited to the bar menu. No problem. Waited patiently for the bartender to take my order, but he was more interested in flirting with 3 girls he knew. After about 10 minutes, he took my order and went to the kitchen to tell them to make it(I presumed) and then walked away. I stood there confused. I hadn’t paid and he hadn’t told me how long it would be, or if they could even make it for me. MOREWAITING. Finally he comes over, acts like he’s just noticed me, and makes some joke, says it’ll be about 10 minutes and he’ll find me when it’s done. 15 minutes went by and I had to come back and pick it up myself. I left here angry and broke. Don’t waste your time.

Positives Steaks were cooked as ordered. From medium rare to medium well. No complaints. Neutral Shrimp cocktail was good. Weird that sorbet was served on the a side but there was no spoon given to eat it with. Calamari was cooked well. Lots of peppers… not many calamari. Negatives Reservation for 4:30. Arrive at 4:28 and told have a seat at the bar. I need to get your table ready. SLOW service. How long should it take to get water? I understand that they had to slice cucumbers, but, really? Dirty martini was ordered. Some weird lime, vodka concoction with olives was served. It was funny but disgusting. Lobster bisque. Three tiny pieces of lobster on top of the orange tasteless thin soup. Seafood Mac and Cheese. This was my meal. Disappointing. No flavor. Several pieces of langostino(taste and texture similar to lobster) and tiny little bay scallops Sprinkled on top of the macaroni and cheese. For $ 19.00 it would have been nice to have actual bite-sized pieces of seafood throughout the dish. Again, the slow service. One waitress for the whole place??? Overpriced, slow service.

Terrible restaurant horrible service served us the wrong food and it was cold when it arrived at our table. Waitress didn’t know what she was doing forgot to bring us our salads. Was empty on a Saturday night can see why need to train their employees. They didn’t even compensate us for anything like a good restaurant would and we were overcharged. A lot of new restaurants opening now in Westlake better get their act together

We were there for a group event and it was the most awkward night out. Empty restaurant on a Friday night. Drinks weren’t good… too sweet with syrup. Starz Ballroom dancers there were creepy and owner just bumped and grinded all night long and not once said hello to our group. I love to dance but it was a creepy dance scene. Place is beautiful but they need some serious help with the atmosphere.

Didn’t like it. Over priced. Slow service. Couldn’t imagine wanting to eat in the middle of a dance club but it was almost empty.

1) It took FOREVER to get water 2) ordered a wedge salad got a completely different salad 3) ordered a stake medium rare and got it medium well We were in a rush to get to our other event for the evening so we didn’t have time to send anything back and we didn’t say anything to our server. Our server… he was nice but you know how some people just try too hard that’s this guy… otherwise nice place

DONOTGOHERE!!! Let’s see… where to start? Worst service I have EVER experienced. Now don’t get me wrong, the place is beautiful and when the DJ shows up(if he shows up) the music is great but that’s about it. When I was seated at a table it took 2 hours for me to get a glass of water and only ½ of my table got water. I then asked 3 more times for water and I never received it. Crazy right? We also had no napkins, silverware, or plates. Needless to say when we got our food we had to eat it with our hands. And don’t even think about asking them for anything. It takes 2 hours for them to bring you your drink you ordered if they remember. You will probably need to ask them a few times to remind them and of course they make up these ludicrous reasons why they don’t have it. My food was horribly dry and again I had to eat it with my hands! There was lots of chaos and they were extremely unorganized and rude. To make a long story short beautiful place horrible management.

We waited over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks, and it and wasn’t that busy. The waitress knew nothing about cocktails or their beer selection. The crowd is older and not what you’d expect for a place trying to be a night club. They turned up the music at 11pm on Saturday. But if you think there is dancing, you’re wrong. There is no dance floor, just elevated platforms for drunk girls at bachelorette parties to use. It’s overpriced, loud, and not what it promises to be.

The atmosphere and lighting was perfect. However, it doesn’t match the service… which was absolutely terrible! I waited 20 min for my check, and 10 to get it back. The food was over priced, and came out cold and wasn’t even good. The wine glasses were filthy… Two of them had lipstick all over them. Thankfully the bartender knew how to pour a drink, because it had to be strong for the experience I just witnessed.

Just had an amazingly wonderful meal at Miami Nights! They realize they are pricey, and prices are being adjusted! Don’t write this place off! The wedge salad is the best I’ve ever had — split it, it’s huge! We both had the veal chop medium rare — Perfect! — and the mashed redskins are yummy! Service was exceptional(thank you, Thomas) and we spoke with Dr. Girgis(1 of 4 owners) and Chef John Rey, who are dedicated to ensuring a great dining experience. I’m going back — hope to see you there!!! PS — I don’t work there.

Everyone reviewing positive reviews works here… they ironically have only few total reviews but a lengthy one on this crappy joint. Very poor service(took foreverrrr) and very very pricy. This place won’t last. Great remodel though!

Went to this place with a big group of friends for a special gathering, and I’m stuffed. I don’t think I’d agree with the previous comments about identity crisis. In the name it says Grill, Bar, and Lounge. So yes it’s a restaurant, bar, AND club. The waiter informed us that on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday around 10:30 pm the lights dim and they have a special DJ come in, which starts the club portion of the name. Luckily for us it was a Saturday. So we splurged. We all shared appetizers. I ordered the shrimp, ahi tuna, and scallop ceviche, which was extremely flavorful and quite filling. My friend ordered the stuffed peppers, which was also delicious and big enough for a meal in itself. Then the main course: the filet. They say they have some of the highest quality steaks around, and I have to agree. I ordered it medium-rare, and it was the most perfectly cooked medium-rare steak ever. It had a brilliant color and was soft and packed with flavor. I can confidently say it’s the best steak I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to my fair share of steakhouses. On the side I got the mashed potatoes, which, to no one’s surprise by now, was a hefty portion. But they went great with the steak. At this point in time, I’m finding difficultly breathing and my belt had to be loosened a few notches. It was rolling around 1030pm, the music became a little louder and the lights dimmed. We all ordered drinks, which again, were big. I ordered the monster mango mojito, which I shared with a friend. Needless to say, it summoned dance moves I never knew I had in me. We stayed till around 2am. Overall, I had a really good time at this place and would definitely come back/recommend this to others. Yes, it is a bit pricey, I agree. But you get what you pay for. I think this place can be used as a time to treat yourself, family, friends, and/or significant other to some top-notch food and drinks in an ambiance that I guarantee you will not have witnessed elsewhere in northeast Ohio.

Identity crisis. Is it a bar. Nightclub or very expensive mediocre restaurant. The menu is ridiculous. So over priced but wait. It’s a nightclub? The music is so loud. Looks like some guy with money and no experience is dabbling in the business but has no idea or experience. This place is doomed. Next owner will benefit from the remodel. This is a dream gone wrong. Someone with too much money who is on an acid trip.

Miami Nights has a great party atmosphere! Dinner was delicious + fancy. Very good mix of dance music with a live DJ We came for opening night Nov 6 This place is loud! The music is blaring and it’s hard to tell your waiter what you want to order or to have a conversation at your table. It’s like they combined the dining area and the dance area in one, so no wonder it’s so loud! The dinner menu is definitely upscale. Lots of pricey but delicious options. We were given cucumber water and a nice bread basket to start our meal. We ordered the shrimp cocktail for starters. Shrimp was huge! It was served with 2 sauces and sorbet.(I thought the sorbet was odd, especially since we weren’t given spoons. Nevertheless the sorbet, and the other sauces were great) For entrees, we ordered the shrimp and scallops pasta and the Miami strip steak. The pasta was excellent, but there were mostly scallops and not much shrimp. The steak was juicy and delicious, but very fatty. About 33% of the steak was inedible fat. The lighting varied a lot so it was hard to tell which parts of the steak were fatty just by looking. The steak came with a large portion of mashed potatoes and asparagus. When we ordered the pasta, I asked the server if it came with sides. He said, «The sides are right on the menu» — so I took this to mean it was included. Nope, I was wrong. When we got the bill, I saw that we were charged $ 11.90 for the side dish. The server should have been more clear about the side dishes. So that was dinner. It cost about $ 150 for two people, before tip. We stayed a little bit after to see what was going on on the dance floor. There isn’t a large dance floor, but maybe 3 or 4 smaller ones, all around the dining area. We stayed until midnight and there was hardly any dancing. All in all, it was a nice experience. Service was excellent at the beginning, then it seemed our waiter lost interest in us mid-meal. Even when he gave us the bill, he just plopped it on our table without saying anything and walked away. Miami Nights has a nice feel and maybe we’ll be back to give this another try. Come with a big appetite, a fat wallet and your dancing shoes.
