I’ve been going to My Personal Trainer for a year now, and it has been a fantastic experience. I was never good at keeping up a workout routine, I’d start and quit. Or overdue it and quit. The people at My Personal Trainer created a workout routine which made sense for my level of fitness. With the combination of scheduled appointments, a wonderful and very knowledgeable staff, and just 20 minutes twice a week I found a plan I could stick to, and my fitness has improved more than I would have imagined. I’m thankful every time I help someone move and I’m not the one who needs a break. Or I can lift something which previously would not have been practical. Starting here is the best health decision I’ve made, and I would recommend it to anyone who struggles with motivation, or would benefit from a professional designed program.
