The team came out yesterday to install my interior drain tile system. They finished as planned today. They were professional and diligent. Ben seemed very knowledgable and experienced and he didn’t waste time with a lengthy presentation. Connie was pleasant and helpful over the phone making my appointment. The team they sent to complete the work was great.

Ben had his crew stabilize my walls, put in new drain tiles, patch my block walls, install a back flow preventer and install a sump pump as an added precaution. This was done after we had a sewage backup 10 years ago in Southgate. The storm last week dumped 5+ inches of water on my neighborhood and my home was the only one on the block (possibly my whole subdivision) that stayed dry. His crew was professional and hard working 10 years ago. I have neighbors who have back flow preventers that still flooded. I’m grateful for the outstanding job Ben did for me, it saved me from the heartache of a flooded basement and if I stayed dry after this «100 year storm» I can continue to rest easy in future storms as well.
