Bought a groupon for facial and massage as a gift to a friend. Had appointment booked for 1:15 pm on 2÷18÷16. Received a text message (very unprofessional) from our service provider Trisha 2 hours before the appointment that she was in the car, running late and needed to reschedule. We texted back to inform her that my friend had taken time off of work for this appointment and asking when the appointment would be rescheduled. The service provided never responded to that text message or multiple phone calls that day. We also showed up at the place of business, however no one was there. Today 2÷19÷16 I received a phone call back from the Service provider. She was exceptionally rude to me. I asked her for a refund, she told me I needed to go through groupon, which I did and have now received a refund. I asked her for some sort of resolution or reimbursement for wages lost as she canceled the appointment without explanation or adequate notice. She refused to do anything. I advised her that I would be writing a negative review and she said «well that’s what people who have nothing to better to do, do with their time.»

Trisha was rude over the phone and in person. I saw her kick out another customer who was not at fault. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time there. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

Terrible phone process… They don’t call you back until you call them twice. When the person finally returning my call found out I wanted to use a Groupon, her attitude changed… became very unhelpful. If they don’t like Groupon customers they shouldn’t participate in the Groupon program! I would rather go someplace that wants your business and does not make you feel like a lower class citizen for using Groupon.

My massage with Mel exceeded massages I have had at some of the fanciest spas in the United States (The Broardmoor, The Ritz-​Carlton in Half-​Moon Bay). The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The massage itself was superlative with a very skilled therapist. I urge you to try this spa, but be sure to plan ahead to book your treatment and to allow yourself some time to find the location. The prices can’t be beat!

Best massage I’ve had in 20 years! Very deep tissue work. They give great butt! Worked out deep pain in my sciatica and glutes that has been there for years. I Will never go to another massage therapist as long as these guys are around.

After some difficulty in scheduling, i finally went to my appt this morning. When i got there, the door was locked and when i called no one answered. I guess the recent posts on this place are quite accurate: this place sucks… avoid

The bad: I called the day before to try to reschedule due to a change in my schedule. I called 2 times and emailed and received no response. No one called to confirm my appointment, either. *To be fair* Prior to this, they called me back when I left messages.
Fearing I would be charged for my appointment if I didn’t show, I had to take some drastic measures to get there. Then, I couldn’t easily find the building or the suite inside the building. I was feeling pretty irritated all around. Then, I couldn’t pull up my groupon on my phone… it was a disastrous morning.
The good: My massage was 1.5 hours and although I ended up being a few minutes late, she gave me the full time (probably in part because of the aforementioned «bad»). She was a great masseuse, firm and relaxing. I got into the perfect massage trance and totally relaxed. When I didn’t have any cash for a tip (I had just switched purses, ugh!), they let me put it on a credit card, which helped stop relapsing into the morning’s stress.

The people at this business are very very rude. It took them 12 days to return a phone call after leaving a voicemail everyday for those 12 days. Then they weren’t willing to get me in until after christmas, only because I purchased a groupon which they decided to run. The woman I dealt with was extremely rude. Luckily I won’t be going there.
