needs better management we were in Westminster mall and decided to get the kids pretzels. standing in line at auntie Ann’s and 4 workers were looking at an ice machine. the cashier was helping the only other customer, and I stood there waiting and trying to ask a question. again, 5m pass and all 4 other workers are«hanging out.» finally get my order in and cashier is not fully there with her focus. poorly ran location with terrible management. the pretzels were not warm/hot and there was no engagement with my questions. the staff did the absolute minimum. there are so many other pretzel places, I will avoid this location.

I’m usually very happy with this location. It’s usually busy because the smell of fresh pretzels ARE hard to resist! But this time my salted pretzel nuggets were barely warm and greasy. The guy that rang me up gave me COLD nacho cheese dipping sauce. And I thought it was too salty. Disgusting. Pretty disappointing.

Must try their mini dogs… soooo good. Taste freshly made every time. They use more butter baking their pretzels n things than the other pretzel places… Which means more flavorful and rich. Love the pepperoni. If you want the pepperoni n jalapeño, you must special order and give em time. The girls who work there are super nice, a plus.

Used to like this place in the past, but today they served us a raw hot dog. When we returned it they were quite defensive and rude. Annie needs to cook her wieners before she expects you to put it in your mouth.

Fresh pretzels come out every 15 minutes or so. There’s always a line(it’s the only store at Westminster Mall with customers, it seems), but it goes pretty quickly. My favorites are the jalapeño cheddar and plain, no salt.

Superior to Wetzel’s Pretzels. My favorites are the 1) garlic and 2) cinnamon sugar.

When I bite into an Auntie Anne’s pretzel I’m instantly hit with nostalgia. I love the dough-y butter-y goodness that comes with every bite and is savored with every chew. This place will always be my number one pretzel maker!

Pros(good things about it): *Fresh out of the oven baked pretzels *Many pretzel flavors — almond, cinnamon, jalapeño, cheese, salted etc… *Fun flavors for lemonade and drinks *Great tasting pretzel dog and nuggets Cons(bad things about it): *Rude cashiers/workers(mostly immature little teenage girls/sometimes guys) *Long lines Advice/Tips: Make your order clear and non-confusing say one thing at a time because you never know when the cashier could get confused and list the wrong items (especially those teenage cashiers)

My uncle used to work in this mall so that meant whenever I was around the area, I would drop by and say hi to my uncle. He would usually buy me a pretzel and we will chat for a bit, and I’ll be on my way. I’ve tried a lot of pretzels here, and I say you can’t go wrong with the original pretzel with mustard of course. I either stick with the original, jalapeño, or cinnamon sugar. They are all so delicious. The perfect snack :) 4⁄5

Almond pretzels all the way. For these babies I would wait, especially when they are so freaken DELICIOUS hot off the oven. Of course, pair it with a strawberry lemonade and who needs breakfast lunch or dinner? Other options I like are the sour cream & onion and cinnnamon. But do try the almond first if you have to choose.

Well… I had a… confusing experience here, I guess you could say. This location seems to always have a line. Got in line, and we ordered pretzels and pretzeldogs for four people. The girl taking the order may have been a little off – she was scolded for doing something incorrectly right before she took our order. Anyways, we ordered: Pepperoni Pretzel Pretzel Nuggets 2 Jalapeño Cheese Pretzel Dogs 2 Large Drinks Well, she messed up a little bit… she first wrote that we wanted jalapeño pretzels instead of pretzel dogs. And also forgot to inform us the pepperoni pretzel was going to take 8 minutes… meh. It wasn’t a big deal. So they corrected our order. well sort of. They started making pretzel dogs, but they then corrected themselves by telling the staff to give us jalapeño cheese ones. They got confused, a discussion was had, and it was made clear it was two jalapeño cheese pretzel dogs. The receipt was a mess to look at. Voids everywhere, incorrect items, etc. I’m not quite sure but I think they may have undercharged us… They gave us the pretzel nuggets and drinks right away. Then we started waiting. We got the pepperoni pretzel first, and then suddenly gave us two regular pretzel dogs. I had a confused look on my face but they just gave them to me and said«we’re just waiting on your jalapeño cheese ones.» Wait, am I getting these plus the other dogs? Wow, now I feel fat(even though we didn’t order these anyways). I wasn’t going to try and argue with them about the incorrect order – they were so swamped with the line. We got our jalapeño cheese ones a little bit after that. Gotta say, fresh pretzels are the best. I think due to the how busy it was had a big effect on the whole scenario, and I’m not faulting them either. But I wish we would’ve had all of our food handed to us at once. =\

DELICIOUS!!! Auntie Anne’s makes a twist on pretzels as they add different flavors to their pretzels, and even have a pizza pretzel and pretzel dogs!!! Their strawberry lemonade is one of the best strawberry lemonade I’ve ever had!!!

Three good things about Auntie Anne’s: 1) pretzel with mustard 2) lemonaid 3) frequent buyer card(gets you more free pretzels in the future) Three bad things about Auntie Anne’s: 1) busted cherry icee machine 2) crunchy pretzel(old cause it’s been sitting under the warming lights for too long) 3) no seating near the location. I prefer their location in Westfield Main Place to this one.

This is my favorite soft pretzel place. I always order the sour cream and onion pretzel. It’s always warm and yummy. I also like their lemonades. On a hot day I would buy a large lemonade and that always hits the spot.

Favorite pretzel place! Auntie Anne’s OVER Wetzel Pretzels ANYDAY! I usually get ALMOND pretzel! but I like the sour cream&onion also. The pepperoni + the jalapeño one is alright. They always run out of almonds so I have to wait 5 – 10 minutes! Ughh but it is WORTHIT:) Although the lemonade here sucks. If you ever had Hot Dog on a Stick’s lemonade, then this place will taste like crap to you, but if not then it will be O. K :) NESSESARYDIPPINGSAUCE? — Hot Salsa Cheese :)

3.5 stars! Went here today on the way home from class. It was a slow day at the mall so there wasn’t a line as usual. The service was quick and direct. «Hi! What would you like?» «Hmmm Can I have Garlic Pretzel and Almond Pretzel please?» «Would you like lemonade or pink lemonade with that? «No Thanks» «Your total will be $ 5.20 and here’s a stamp card and a coupon for your next visit. Have a good night!» «You too!» The Garlic Pretzel is my favorite. It tasted good without too much garlic-ness. It was so nice and warm I’m drooling thinking about it… lol Anyway, I haven’t eat the Almond one yet, but I’m sure it’ll be delightful!

This is my favorite Orange County Auntie Anne’s location. I’ve always received fresh almond pretzels here without having to ask the workers for a fresh one or requesting an even coating for the topping. I think the prices here are better than the ones in Newport and Irvine, as well, so that is always a plus. :)

After my bad lunch I figured I’d cash in my punch card for a free pretzel. If you buy 6 you get 1 free. I’m addicted to this place and I can’t get enough. The original with salt are like crack and when dipped into some mustard it’s off the hook! And eff you man… the guy in front of me who took the last damn Jalapeño pretzel! They NEVER… EVER… have any EFFEN Jalapeño pretzels and now twice in a row somebody snagged the last one! Daaaaaamn Yooooouuuu!!! Why can’t you guys ever bake enough of these??? Minus 1 star for that.
